Panera Bread in Castle Rock is always a pleasant and relaxing experience. It’s cozy if you’re wanting to dine in have great views of front range and a descent glimpse of Pikes Peak off in the distance in Colorado Springs. The facility is great, well maintained and always kept groomed. The customer service is excellent and always have been, the staff is pleasant at all times, the self check out automation is fabulous and if you’re in a hurry to get in and get out, no worries, these guys will certainly provide you with fast service. Oh by the way, the food in the menu is by far very tasty, especially the broccoli cheddar cheese soup, fabulous.

The food is standard for Panera Bread: pretty good but not incredible. The value is pretty horrific, though. I can’t believe how much it costs to get lunch at Panera! I’ve also had issues with extremely long wait times and a few very underwhelming food experiences at this location specifically. I probably won’t be returning.

It is very loud. There was only one person taking orders. Unfortunately, he was very slow and couldn’t explain various options. I finally just gave up and spent $19+ for coffee and a salad. He didn’t seem to understand my dietary needs nor make suggestions for accommodating those. This isn’t my usual Panera’s and I doubt I’ll be back. I love my Denver Panera’s so it pains me to have to give a bad review.

I had order a chicken toasted baguette in the past and loved it- today I ordered it and there was like hardly any chicken on it. When I called to give the Manager the feedback he said” they portion it so basically saying that how it comes. Mistakes happen and the sandwich was NOT made right! He had no interest in customer satisfaction and I have no interest in ever going back to Panera! Maybe he will listen to this feedback??

Came in and the place was a mess from the moment I got there to the moment I left. No lids or straws, “China and Silverwear” area overflowing, dirty tables that weren’t cleaned during my whole stay. My order was also messed up, they fixed it but acted like it was my fault it was wrong and on the receipt it said if your order is messed up we will give you a free treat for your troubles, which I did not receive. Workers standing around while the line was super long and dirty tables. Wouldn’t recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The place was disgusting. Every empty table was dirty and they were not busy at all. Mac n cheese was cold and gritty. We paid almost $40 for two meals and left them on the table. We will not be back.
