Filthy!! Went inside to eat and was shocked!! Chips falling off the side, trash everywhere, not sure what was in the tea container, stinks…. how are they allowed to serve food in these conditions!! Tried to do a video but no dice…. definitely need new management!

I ordered delivery this past Sunday, the 23rd and this is how my sandwich looked when I opened the wrapper. Let’s not say it was the delivery person. This is how sloppy Panera wrapped it!! Also, ordered a bagel and on the bag they wrote: “Out of bagles.” No refund for that or any type of compensation (something equal in value)?? Dang, Panera!! When did I piss y’all off?!

Called and got the most rude and
condescending “manager.” Went back in and she was worse than she was on the phone.
Sarah is her name. Disgusting!! Got home, saw my replacement soup bowl was only filled half way. Called and asked to speak to the general manager. Kelsey professed to be the general manager, although I doubt that by the way she spoke to me. She told me that I didn’t pay for my cookie or baguette and I reminded her that I had a free cookie with an entree and I actually paid $1.99 for the extra baguette. I told her that I feel like she purposely only filled the soup half way when I returned with the hairy bag. I also told her I called corporate, to which she said,
“oh! You called corporate?! I cannot help you or speak to you.” And she hung up on me.
What a joke of a place this is. Don’t ever waste a penny on this horrible place. The management is rude, unprofessional and disgusting. The food comes with hair, if that’s what you’re looking for and zero professionalism or customer service. Stay far away from here!

We went to Panera bread and I ordered the chicken noodle soup and all I got was shreds of chicken and 2 noodles. I reported this instantly and they fixed it immediately. Not as good as it could have been but still awesome.

I’m happy this place is still around post covid. Truly, but the food is a little over priced. The service is not very good at times but at others it is just what you need. The atmosphere is wonderful! Most places have gone more the route of hostile architecture. This store still has a fountain drink machine and self serve napkins in the lobby unlike a lot of places. That goes a long way for me.

I hate to leave this review but 3 times in a row we have ordered to go/ drive through and our order has been wrong. We live 25 min away so going back isn’t an option. We’ve let them know and they don’t seem to care much. We don’t eat in the restaurant because it’s so dirty. I really enjoy Panera but I’m worried without drastic changes it will close.

What happened to Panera? I remember a time when it was good.. but I think those times have passed. With how expensive it is to eat here, I expect some basic things.. like orders being correct and food being fresh – unfortunately for my last few visits, this has not been the case. Attached are photos of my latest visit in which my husband and I paid $7 per sandwich for the Garden Avocado Egg White breakfast sandwiches. That brown mush you see on the sandwiches is supposed to be avocado. We also ordered a bagel pack and half the sesame bagels didn’t even have seeds and the one you’ll see in the picture doesn’t even look fully cooked. Such disappointing experiences.

Caden has so many wonderful qualities I experience when I come here. He has a big smile and is ready to help. I usually order Friday at a certain time. When hes at the counter, the order is ready at the stated time. Everything is packed with lots of care. His friendly attitude makes everything smooth and easy. Not all employees here have all these skills, like Caden naturally does.

Food is good as usual but they ALWAYS forget something and are simply rude! I am PAYING for my food! I’ve gone in and gotten doordash. When I go in I can tell them to give me what they forgot, but I will never DoorDash from them again because they always leave out whole items. Panera is expensive! I don’t want to pay for stuff I won’t get! On top of that they are soooo slow when there is nobody there. Do NOT go to this location! Choose a different one.

Panera Bread in Castle Rock is always a pleasant and relaxing experience. It’s cozy if you’re wanting to dine in have great views of front range and a descent glimpse of Pikes Peak off in the distance in Colorado Springs. The facility is great, well maintained and always kept groomed. The customer service is excellent and always have been, the staff is pleasant at all times, the self check out automation is fabulous and if you’re in a hurry to get in and get out, no worries, these guys will certainly provide you with fast service. Oh by the way, the food in the menu is by far very tasty, especially the broccoli cheddar cheese soup, fabulous.
