Went here to meet my son and my grandchildren, and they had a table for 9. The food is really tasty here. I like the bread they use. I tried the chicken with avocado, it was tasty. My wife had the steak one (we share halves, so we get different ones), and it was really tasty. Never had bad food here

Disappointed is an understatement. Walked in for a quick bite for dinner. Only one of the order kiosks was working so we went to the counter. After standing there for 5 minutes being glanced at and ignored by the “workers” in the back we realized they expected us to wait in line for thd kiosk to order. 2 of us ordered. Went for the “pick 2” option. $32 later (without tip Or drinks) we ended up with Mac N Cheese “soup”. (Disgusting) . Luke warm onion Flavored broth. (French Onion? Not even close.) And a couple mediocre sandwiches. We will not be back.

So gross and way over priced. I used to eat at Panera all the time but I won’t be going pack. I paid 8 dollars for a 4 oz smoothie and the Mac n cheese had broccoli and was more like soup. I couldn’t eat it. For 23 dollars I’d expect a lot more!

Very clean, very fast. I sat there for about 2 hours doing some business transactions and nobody complained at all. There was a lot of open seats though.

Worked here and it’s a madhouse, drive through lines took forever due to short staffing. The people serving the lobby food would have to make the drive through orders too. Customers are right about long waits because the employees clear orders early to avoid managers ire. Even the managers swear quite loudly for the whole lobby (and sometimes drive through)

This Panera is always on point. Their food is consistently good and my rapid pickup orders have always been ready when I arrived. Seems simple but more often than not at other restaurants I am waiting for food well after the expected pickup time. Thanks for meeting expectations Paneara!
