I got one of the new toasted baguette’s. It was $10 and barley had any filling. I feel like I paid $10 for bread.

Most underwhelming $13 chicken sandwich ever. They said they were out of the mixed greens and asked what kind of greens I wanted instead. I stated seasonal greens please. Apparently you can’t substitute greens when they are out.

The staff are very nice and the atmosphere is great! The only downside to Panera is that they don’t have gluten-free options. I was interested in their unlimited sips package and would have purchased it if they had any gluten-free bagels/pastries, etc. But, when I asked, they said they didn’t. Their charged lemonades are delicious, however, and I do recommend those!

Place seems kind of busy, which is fine. However, while my husband and I stared down the menu trying to decide what we wanted, while waiting for someone to take our order, a line formed behind us and only one person actually attempted to greet us. We wound up using the self service kiosk (which aren’t exactly advertised, we overheard someone else talking about them and had to locate them ourselves to place an order) the menu pricing needs updating as well, as the advertised price is soup and a half sandwich is nowhere near what we actually paid for our selections. I can understand rising costs, but I cannot abide by false information being presented on the menu. Overall, as someone who works food service, I have to say you may find better service elsewhere.

TLDR: Bathrooms and soda fountain disgusting, charged for an item we thought we should’ve been comped for.

The person taking the order, ET, was not very helpful with the menu. He forgot to give us cups and a pager to tell us when our food was ready. Then he blamed us for not doing things correctly and said we would just have to come inside to check on our order. They were out of avacado, a couple of dressings/ sauces and several types of bread. Very disappointed!

So you know how when you’re sick you want chicken soup? Apparently they can’t even read their own soup orders and give you broccoli cheddar. This is literally the second time this has happened. Apparently soup really confuses these guys

It was fresh and tasty and Panera nothing else to say. Super packed but everyone waited calmly and the staff did an excellent job getting everyone through as quickly as possible. All with a smile. The mango lemonade is heavens nectar. A must try.

Paid $50 for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups.. when did Panera change to fine dining pricing? You would think for that much money the sandwiches would have at least been put together, but we were handed a mess of a plate. The cashier didn’t know how to answer questions about the menu either. I won’t ever spend money at a Panera again. I could have had a much better meal for that price.
