Freezing cold out the other night and I really wanted a big bowl of chicken noodle soup. Ordered just that, and I got a huge bowl, filled maybe 1/3 of the way, so i basically paid 9 bucks for a ladle of soup. On top of that I got the half French dip and I am not sure if they have ever had au jus but this was definitely not that. Just a pile of onions and a little brown sauce. I thought Panera used to be pretty good but they seem to just be trying to make as much money selling as little food as possible these days.

Ordered French onion soup and half a grilled cheese. Nasty . I have never had greasy red French onion soup and I’m not sure what you call the sandwich they gave me. I’ll add a little picture just for details.

My only complaint is they leave this building way too cold! Me and my daughter rushed to eat because it was so cold, couldn’t even enjoy it as much as we wanted to. My soup even got cold quick due to how they have it.

The employees here were unhelpful. You could stand at the counter for 10 minutes before they care to walk over. One of them slammed their hands on the door to go outside so loudly it made us all jump. When they gave us our food, they didnt have half of it, and they were confused about our drinks – didn’t know whether or not they were ours, and told us we didn’t order them. We used the self order station, so we didn’t have a receipt to show. One of their drink fountains started flooding as well, and none of the employees noticed.

This is the first time I’ve been to Panera in years. I ordered chicken noodle soup in a brew bowl and I ordered the bowl not the cup size. When I got it, I poured the soup into the bread bowl (which is new to me) and there was barely any soup in the bowl. Given the prices of Panera and lack of food they give you, this was definitely a disappointing experience. I would honestly go somewhere else and save your money because it’s wild how little they give you.

Is this supposed to be a sandwich?? Caprese minus the caprese. Looks like a baby puked on bread and Panera called it good. This is despicable. Do better. This is not a sandwich.

Corporste greed in action $9 for a CUP of soup! Cashier saw me and walked away without a word to me as I walked up. I was left waiting until the assistant manager noticed me standing there. Will not be returning but at least the place had plenty of seating!
