Yesterday morning, I ordered the Cinnamon Crunch bagel. When I got my delivery, there is no crunch on top or even in the bagel bag of this bagel. I ripped open the bagel bag, so you can see there aren’t many crumbs.
Today, I had my husband pick me up a whole Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad and you will see from the pictures, that I didn’t get close to what I was expecting. I put the picture of what I was expecting here from the website for comparison. No customizations were made for the order.

Finally a Panera on the Eastside of town! Enjoyed some great tasting sandwiches and a warm bowl of soup on a cold October day. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Love the orange scones! Great addition to the food scene on this side of town.

This place is so dirty.
The food is good but the excessive plates and trash everywhere makes it not worth it. Use the drive through. I’m not sure if it’s dirty due to lack of staffing or if they just don’t care. It’s terrible considering this place is new.

Placed an order online for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups $35. We used their drive thru pickup option. Followed the pickup instructions we received our order and the bag was sealed shut. When we got home the order was incorrect. I received half a sandwich instead of the full sandwich that was ordered. We also failed to receive no napkins or spoons for our soup. I understand they just opened but it’s common sense to provide utensils when a guest orders soup. The food was lukewarm at best. The sandwiches lacked meat and they were flavorless. You only have one chance to make a good first impression and they failed miserably. They did give me a refund on the sandwich but I would have rather had my order made correctly, now I’m sitting here hungry and underwhelmed. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for the price point.

I ordered online with drive-thru pickup and only realized once I got home (the bag was sealed) that my order was incorrect.
I ordered a chicken asiago bagel with double chicken (paid extra), no garlic aioli, add red onions and pepperoncinis, and dressing on the side.
What I received had no dressing on the side, no added vegetables, and it did not appear to have double chicken, despite the additional charge.
This is frustrating, especially when ordering online and trusting that a sealed order is correct. After this happened, I checked the reviews here and noticed multiple complaints about incorrect orders, which unfortunately seems to be a recurring issue at this location.
I expect better accuracy, especially when customers are paying extra for modifications. This experience has made me hesitant to order here again.

Well they got my order completely wrong had to drive all the way back waited 15 minutes in line again only to witness flies feasting on the pastries completely descusting. . It’s so good the flies cant get enough of it!!!

You need to do better if you want to increase your business today 10/29. At 7 am. No coffe light roast. Daughter got an orange scone plain no icyng food was given to another drive thru customer my daughter didn’t get the correct order on the bagel no cream cheese at 7 am menu was not switched to breakfast. Daughter likes the citrus punch not available they gave her lemonade. Be careful maybe we need a corner bakery instead of Panera on Eastlake

Excellent service!!!! Food was hot and ready in a timely manner. The service was great. The staff working here are super friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my order. They surly strive for customer service satisfaction. I Highly recommend this place! The freshly made bread freshly made soups all kinds of pastries just perfection. Will definitely come back. On Monday morning we stopped by to check out the new place. Can nearly hear what cashier is asking very low voice had to ask twice what she was asking. Food was cold, items missing on our order. When asked for our sweet bread gave it to us cold and for the taste looks like it was from the previous day. Food not well for the price.

I placed an online order for quickness. I live about 4 minutes away from the new Panera. It took 23 minutes to get my food. When I finally did get my food my soup was missing. So I was still having to park get down. Get somebody’s attention to get my soup. I finally got home. And to be honest, the food was bland . the grilled cheese wasn’t hot. The soup was lukewarm. And it wasn’t even that good. So much Buzz about this place? I don’t get it. I probably won’t be back
