Amazing experience at Panera Bread in El Paso!

Everything was absolutely top-notch — fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. As a wonderful surprise, they even gave me a complimentary bacon soufflé — such a classy and generous touch!

The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and relaxing, and the quality of the food was truly outstanding. You can really feel that they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

Huge thanks to the team at Panera Bread — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting El Paso!

Greetings y’all. This Panera is located on the Westside of El Paso Tx. Overall the food was good. The bread was slightly over baked, a tad bit hard but not tooth breaking hard . I ordered a Chicken Bacon Rancher and a Toasted Italiano. I enjoyed the flavors on both sandwiches. I have read some other reviews and can honestly say I’ve not had any of their experiences. So hopefully you’ll have a good to great experience like me and not the experiences of some of the lower reviews.

Place is clean, chill place to enjoy a variety of sandwiches, soups and salads. Service has never been less than exceptional. Perfect for a quick bite.

The food was okay, and they got our order right. However, the place had some trash on the floor, which was unpleasant. The indoor vibe was also not appealing; it wasn’t a place I wanted to eat.

An excellent Panera location. We are regulars and always have a great experience. Staff is friendly and upbeat, food is prepared hot and fresh and always customized exactly to order. Letti was especially helpful on our most recent visit. Couldn’t be happier. On the rare occasion that there’s a little mistake on our order, staff immediately make it right, no questions asked. Looking forward to many more great times at this Panera.

This was our first visit to Panera Bread, and might be our last, but my hubby still has a Christmas gift card to redeem there, so we will likely have to return to redeem it.

Anyway, my daughter and I were really looking forward to the visit. Well, the food was decent, not fabulous, but what really stands out is the wrecked service! Horrible service! The cashier was rude! She was not nice at all. She was yelling at customers to move to the other side of the cash register bellowing that the right side of the register is for ordering. How are we newbies supposed to know that?

Now, I was willing to give Panera a break because they are relatively new, and perhaps are going through some growing pains, but there were no excuses. It was loud, workers were yelling, the door was constantly being opened and slammed. Whataburger is quieter!

The restaurant was also quite filthy! The tables were never wiped down, the floors were wet where the fountain drinks had spilled, and my salad had humongous chunks of white lettuce, and the avocado was brown in certain spots. My daughter’s sandwich was good, but she said that the bacon was tough to chew!

I was very dissatisfied and very disappointed. 1/5.

Disaster at every level!

Bakers, after a month, still cannot make bagels. The bagels are too thin, hard, and lack the appeal of what they should look like. See the cinnamon crunch bagel pics.

Ordering online is a nightmare. I ordered bagels online and got the email my order was ready. I went to the store for pickup and was told they ran out. The manager said to avoid this in the future to call ahead and have someone put them aside for me. Seems insane to get an email stating they are ready and then not be but, OK.
Next day I called to have them put aside. I was told to come in to the store and tell them they were placed aside over the phone. I asked if they wanted my name and was told they didn’t need it. My wife went in later and there were no bagels put aside. I spoke on the phone to an out of town manager (Jade?) and she assured me this would be fixed, that she was going to retrain the managers that night. She also promised me that if I came the next day, she would have bagels and cream cheese put aside for me.

I went the next day and the manager from day 1 was there. Jade apparently didn’t retrain anyone or keep her promise as there were no bagels put aside. Luckily they had a minimal amount remaining so I was able to get some.

3 days to get bagels… And lackluster ones at that.

Place needs a demo and start over.

Go through the drive thru order soup they don’t give any utensils no spoon for your soup and no fork for your salad. Always check your order something is always missing. Ordered a garden caprese sandwich with chicken they didn’t put the chicken on the sandwich . So gross disgusting went into the trash.

Panera Bread in Cimarron West, El Paso, is a great spot for fresh, delicious pastries.

The cranberry orange slice is especially moist and flavorful, and the cookies and cinnamon rolls never disappoint.

The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, with friendly staff and fast service, perfect for a morning treat or afternoon snack.

Unprofessional assistant manager who has an accent who put her in charged? She is the worst she needs to be fired or they will lose customers! This is the third time in a row that they messed up my order and they want to solve it with a voucher! It’s not about a refund lady it’s about you and your staff getting their job together! Worse customer service charging me for stuff I did not receive and can’t find my order on the system and it shows a cashier who worked in the morning who is not working at the moment. Where is the general manager I asked for the GM oh well he is on a vacation and won’t be back till two weeks! Then Panera should put better employees in charge or train them better period!
