The chick fila cup and soup is better quality and value for it being a drive-thru soup option!!
Very tiny. Hardly any chicken or avocado on it, nothing like the menu sandwiches that show a decent half size sandwich. I spent over $12 dollars so I felt very mislead and cheated.
The young folks that were working seemed like they were being trained well by their manager. They need time for the learning curve to balance out. I don’t doubt they’re on their way to being amazing. I saw them hustling and the kne who took my order was courteous.
So overall I would say please don’t skimp out on my food portions and make a sandwich you would want to eat yourself.
I might wait a while before returning and not visit when I’m hungry with hunger pings.
Update: I tried with this Panera Bread location, I really did. However today was ABYSMAL! WE SAT IN THE DRIVE-THRU 17 MINUTES. Here’s what happened,
1) We were over charged so had to ask for a refund.
2) Maria the manager handed us the wrong order.
3) Maria would not allow for me to talk and kept cutting me off while I was on the phone with her.
4) Even though the order was wrong the food portions were skimpy and lettuce was brown with no chicken in the Asian Chicken Salad.
5) Once at the store Maria didn’t even offer to at least give me the rustic potato soup for my daughter who is now at work hungey because Maria is a clueless manager and doesn’t know how to check orders before handling them to customers who were sitting in her line for nearly 20 minutes. She said has kids too, however you would think she would have cared enough to ive me my daughter’s order. This location is so low-class ran it’s sad. Maria basically gave me a refund and then blamed me for “rushing” her and said it was my fault that she grabbed the wrong order.
She also apparently gave me a refund for the first mishap but when I asked for a receipt for that she didn’t give me one and said it was voided. So hopefully she being honest and really did refund my card twice. I really hope they get some better management in the future.
Also, usually when there is a mistake a manager would want to know the steps that led to that mistake so it doesn’t happen again. Maria lacks the desire to use critical thinking skills and simply doesn’t care about customers. I wasn’t yelling or causing a scene, I calmly explained my experience but Maria didn’t care or want to hear it.
The young man who took my order was the only caring person I had dealings with. Thank you to whoever he was. Very kind and pleasant.
Food is the same as usual and on brand and the staff are nice. So, if you’re not me and don’t need a place to work/eat/drink at the same time, by all means, make this your spot.
French onion soup had like 3 shreds of cheese, and no bread or croutons on top as menu suggests it would. Rest of the to-go order was fine and correct. Staff was friendly and restaurant was calm and clean
