Very disappointed experience, at 10.30 in the morning we were told that cappuccino and other coffee are not available anymore as in not breakfast time, only regular coffee or tea. Bagel was cold, tough, not good at all and with frozen butter, my friend’s baguette was frozen too, not tasty at all. Service can be much better and the food too. Nothing to compare with cute panera bread with super delicious bakery store in another state I have tried before.

I think this location needs new management to keep their staff or more staff/hands on deck. The wait for food was terrible for 2 little breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. The drive through was closed and my fussy 1 year old and husband were in the car for over 30 mins waiting on me and my 2 little sandwiches. I almost left even though I paid. They didn’t even have the bread I ordered. They also messednup my drink. And from other frustrated customers, there were no bagels in the morning. So many of us were waiting. Please please hire more staff, or change management to keep your staff. Or just close this restaurant and offer folks in Georgetown another breakfast and coffee option. Thanks!

I love Panera but this is by far the worst location I have ever visited. We live nearby so we keep coming in anyway but it is so frustrating to get meals that are clearly not fresh, salads that are half wilted, etc. The drive through has been closed off and on for months. The store is now totally closed due to staff shortage. What’s going on here?

I went through the drive thinking I could grab a quick lunch. I was in the drive thru line for well over 30 minutes or more, there was only two cars ahead of me. One being someone who couldn’t decide what they wanted, then apparently had a large order that took a while to prepare. It was a hot day too. There should be a place for people to park to wait for larger orders so others can get their food and move on. People behind me were backing up and leaving.

Visited this Panera two days in a row. They don’t serve soup before 10:30, apparently, so I came back today after noon with three others for lunch. The food is delicious, ordering was simple, the staff was courteous, the restaurant and restrooms were clean and tended to regularly. I would have given this review a 5-star, BUT the general manager (who is INCREDIBLY nice, I might add) was doing the food prep and somehow forgot not only a baguette for my order but ALSO didn’t notice that there was only 1 of the 2 brownies on the dessert portion of the order. While I understand the cashier typically picks the pastries, they only manage to get 3/4 which means they saw them and just missed it. A little more attention to deal would give Panera on Williams a perfect 5 from me, so don’t let a couple mistakes keep you from trying their delicious cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl or their mac and cheese with a strawberry smoothie to wash it down.

My sis and I have been wanting to try Panera Bread and we got this opportunity on a recent trip. We both were drawn to the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. Though you order when you enter, the staff serves your meal at your table. The food did not disappoint, nor did the price. The toasted bread and cheese were delicious as was the tasty tomato soup with croutons. We also received a slice of delicious homemade bread. You can buy beautiful artisan loaves of bread to take home too. There are so many menu choices, something for everyone. And it doesn’t put a huge dent in your pocketbook. This is my new favorite lunch place!

I give Panera bread a five star! The new manager has made a lot of positive changes and improvements. Food is always fresh and great and the staff is friendly and efficient. The place is very clean with a good atmosphere.

Our family of four arrived at this location to have lunch. Upon arrival, a lady at the front desk yelled out “There is a fifty minute wait – 5-0”. We we’re barely in the building. She also had a scowl on her face. My kids were very alarmed by her yelling. We promptly left as this has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We won’t be back to Panera.

Saddest sandwich I’ve ever had. Ordered the half size steak and cheddar sandwich with the pick two meal and there wasn’t even enough steak to have a taste in each bite. Pathetic and expensive. Employees were rude and dismissive. I won’t be going back.

This store is not very old, but is dirty and needs a lot of work. I went there and just stood there and no one waited on me. There was a girls baking bread and she just looked at me and said nothing. It was very odd. I finally placed my order from the kiosk, and it was not worth the experience. Both my husband and I are never going back. It’s a complete shame because Panera used to be the best healthy place to eat in Georgetown.
