I generally only come here for my sip club drink. It’s a really nice deal and I come by in the morning and occasionally the afternoon. I always place my order 15+ mins ahead and they still never have my cup ready when I get in. Seems small to complain about but why tell me my order is ready and I come into nothing and then wait another 5 minutes just for an empty cup? Most workers there are rude, the manager also just stares and never asks what you need. It’s never that busy at this location so I don’t understand :/

Rundown and serving size is small. The picture I’m posting of the blt is AFTER I asked them to add more veggies to it. This in-store order was a “pick two” with chicken soup and cost over $11! The soup looks like half a can from the grocery store. This meal was not filling for me. The bread was soft and cold.
No line at the counter when I came in at noon. The lady who took my order was helpful and patient. Tables were about a third full. R&B playing lightly in background. Multiple people studying.
Booth back and wall were dirty and seats were ripped. Outside seating area was in poor condition.

I placed order through the app as per usual. I opted for delivery , when order was placed it said it was 1 hour for delivery I get it , it was lunch time. Order was placed @12 so I expected to get it @1. Around 1:30 I had not received order so I called the store to be left on hold and then being hung up on. So I headed out to the store@2 as I expressed my disappointment how unhappy I was to the manager on duty ; I felt like I was speaking to the wall. All the manager said was they had been having issues with deliveries. I mean if you’re having issues then don’t offer the service. They gave me the 2 hour old order,they didn’t even offer to make it again or compensate me(not seeking a free meal). Manager did offer a free drink on my next order . Hell nah … I’m not spending $50+ on food to get Subpar Quality of food and service . All the food was bagged together hot with cold. My soup cold and lettuce in my salad wilted, fruit was disgusting .I have visited this location before without issues . @Panera your staff needs training .

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews, and I love Panera bread. But this was a terrible experience. The service was terrible, the cashier literally didn’t say but a word to us. It took 25 minutes for a couple of hot chocolates and a smoothie. And it was not pack at all. I had to remind them several times about my order of which they never gave a receipt or number. I could see the workers were annoyed with me asking about my drinks. When I asked for a reimbursement because I was just done waiting and ready to leave, they said it had been ready in the back. Which made no sense since I asked the cashier about it and she said it wasn’t ready and she didn’t know when it would be. They never mentioned anything and I had to go grab it myself. No one apologized or was friendly. Will not be returning to this location.

I always enjoy eating at Panera Bread. This was my first time trying there Flatbread pepperoni pizza and it was really good. There tomato basil soup and salad is always good and served hot. There brownies don’t last long, due to them being so soft and moist. They have a variety of drinks I believe you will love. The green tea is my favorite. I like the Mediterranean sandwich, also. The service is great…kind and friendly staff. Order online or app, curbside, or dine in, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered the bagel pack for my team’s breakfast this morning at my work. I got all the bagels, but the 2 cream cheeses that were supposed to come with it didn’t. I was very disappointed. Without the cream cheese, hardly anyone wanted to eat the bagels. I can’t afford to buy the team breakfast often and was really upset that they couldn’t. I didn’t feel like I should have to check the bag for something that was supposed to come automatically but if I order this again, now I know I’ll need to. Please do better next time.

I have been trying to order breakfast here for the last 3 weeks, and each time I come, there’s no one at the front, you’re not greeted, the lights aren’t on at 9a like it makes zero sense to show up for a job and then not do it. I’ve ordered the same thing each time, I order 15-20m before i arrive and when I arrive I’m asked if I want something else or a refund. I’ve gone for breakfast, I kid you not, 12 times and left with a refund & no food. They never call before arrival, so I’m expecting to show up and be able to eat. Wrong. Refund. The last time I went they kept repeating an excuse of, this sells out fast…. there’s no one in there. There’s no one in the drive thru. So who is mysteriously buying food that is selling out so quickly? Also, it shouldn’t be available to order on their app if that was the case. When I let the manager know that I just need to stop going there for breakfast cause I’m always receiving my money back, they met me with sass and sarcasm then refunded my food but not my drink even though the cashier told her to refund everything. If I now have to go somewhere else for food, the heck would I need anything from here? After I questioned her about the amount, she said you got your drink. I said, no ma’am I requested a refund for all of it because no food means I won’t need a beverage? And she sighed and did the refund. They’re not apologetic. Just fast to not serve food. So I can only imagine with the lack of food they’re selling, they’ll be closed in no time. Especially after reading the reviews for this location. Owner needs to get in there if they want to stay afloat. Otherwise, staff will need a new job and I can’t say I’d recommend any of them with their attitudes.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. A few weeks ago, I ordered a sandwich and it was overly toasted and crunchy. Decided to give them another try and the grilled cheese sandwich I ordered today looked and tasted terrible. Nothing like how it was imaged on the menu. My 4 year old son couldve made a better sandwich than this. It looked like they prepped the sandwich and just microwaved it. I will never patronize this location again.

Worst customer service at this location given by the girl with the long braids. The manager at this location was not much better. They messed up my order and made me come all the way back from arriving home to find out the order was wrong. I called and was told my order would be ready upon arriving. When I arrived again the order was not ready and the young lady with braids proceeded to go to the back and talk with people while scooping my soup and took her sweet time. I then asked for a piece of bread to go with the soup and was given attitude. I was told I had to pay for it. Then When the young lady came back she was giving me attitude and said I swear. Something should be done about this service but I’m sure nothing will happen based on all the other complaints. It starts from the top. New management is needed.
