We came in mid morning. The place was completely empty. There was no one at the counter. I had to go flag someone in the kitchen. The teenager took our order but didn’t complete it right. The bagels weren’t toasted. I had to ask for cream cheese and wait. The restrooms needed to be serviced. The trash looked like it hadn’t been changed since the night before. I heard what looked like a manager say she was short handed but I saw several workers standing around in the back area.

Came here for a strategy meeting with a friend from Houston. The young lady who took our order was nice and gave recommendations. My first time eating Panera Bread but heard great things so expected great things. The food was subpar and lacking flavor. The dining room was dirty, with most of the tables needing to be cleaned. We had to ask a young man for something to clean the table and he brought us napkins. I asked him to bring a towel to clean the table and he returned with a dry towel and handed it to me and left. Won’t return .. maybe one day I’ll try another location but definitely not this one.

I stopped in to speak to the manager about catering for a fire department party I’m planning. The manager -“Melanie” was absolutely incredible. She spent time explaining options, and different sauces, for a mixed menu of meat and plant based options. (I’m vegetarian) She was knowledgeable, and very accommodating. While I was there – I enjoyed French onion soup and bread. It was so good! I’m not ashamed I finished EVERY LAST DROP! If u have not stopped by this location, YOU NEED TO! The staff is friendly, the store is clean and organized. The food is incredible. I can’t wait to return!

Ordered thru drive thru, asked several times to make sure nothing had onions and asked them to let cook know not to put lettuce in my sandwich if pieces of onion was mixed in it. Was told not to worry order would not have onions, yet it DID!! Companies need competent, willing n compassionate ppl working to give excellent customer service so ppl can pay attention to what the customer needs or wants.
