Use to work at several panera breads the group EYM franchised and it was terrible, no wonder they are shutting down. Good riddance.

Please check your bread when ordering from this location. I always order from this location, and I never look at my bread. But today for some reason I decided to chek my sandwich out before taking a bite. Glad I did, becaus as you can see in my pic there is clearly some visible mond on the edge of my bread. I was so disappointed. So please be aware and check your bread, because clearly their bread maker dropped the ball.

i pulled up at 8:40 asked what soup they had and then the girl was rude on the speaker. i get it its late and loud , anyways order my soup pull up to the window and she has her airpod in. again i get it but atleast take it out when i pull up. shes holding a card reader and i was like oh can i pay with cash and she just stairs at me and says no only card bc we close soon and stares at me. i was like oh yeah give me a second and she sighs so loudly. not to mention my soup was brown and burnt like… at that point dont say youbhave the soup if it looke like that.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, got the order wrong. Ordered a second sandwich because of the first wrong order. Claimed free chips. Only got one. Showed $5.89 for half of sandwich for the tuna. Charged $6.99, I still don’t understand the explanation of the charges. Will never buy anything from any Panera bread franchise. Disgusting! The sandwich is not even worth $2.00 much less 6.99. False advertising is not the way to gain customers.

I ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 were hot and the other a cold sandwich. The two hot were not fresh after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. The bread was overcooked that I couldn’t even bite into my Italian sub. I will never spend another dime @ the wallisville location. I had high hopes for the money you spend. Bad experience and I hadn’t been in over a year but decided on your restaurant on a Thursday night. Your staff, no matter the time or day should have more care about quality more or get out of the food industry. Spent 30 bucks to be disappointed! The young lady at the window didn’t even smile

The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced at a Panera! I’m very easy to please BUT treat me with KINDNESS, RESPECT and DIGNITY!!!

I placed an online order which was delivered unlike ever before. Usually, my bagels will be placed in several bags (sweet separated from savory) inside of a larger bag. Not today, my bagels were all thrown together in a large bag. If your customers are ordering from your store, you should take the time to ensure accuracy and safety. A person can easily stick their hand in the bag and touch my bagels. Common sense would tell you to package the items so they are not exposed.

I requested my bagels be sliced because I place them in Ziploc bags before freezing them. I order my bagels once a month and freeze them for easy storing and use as needed. Less than half of the bagels were sliced yet, it was my fault???!!! Again, once a month I order basically the same kind of bagels and ALWAYS sliced. The “manager” was on the defense immediately and blaming me for the error. Despite me telling her that I know how I placed my order and maybe their system made a mistake, she denied. She was going on and on demonstrating pure frustration. I stopped her and told her that the first thing she was supposed to do as a “manager” was to apologize to me for the inconvenience they caused. I has to stop working, leave my house and drive to Panera to fix this issue. The one type of bagel that I really wanted, they failed to put it in my bag. I ordered and has to pay for my everything bagel.

I was thrilled when Panera opened near my home. No matter where I travel to, I will find a Panera to visit and work from. I used to come to this location, have breakfast, work and later have lunch before going home. I have held meetings here (yes, I’m still parked in their lot getting this review together). I’ve spent plenty of time and money at this location alone. I would do the same thing at another Panera before moving in this area. I noticed the ratings have dropped which means management is problematic. It’s time to revamp, get rid of the cancerous cells and put new and healthy cells in. Time to rebuild.

“Manager” L.O., you demonstrated a lack of care and consideration for your customer. Without customers, you CANNOT successfully run a business, have a job and get paid. DO BETTER!!! BE BETTER!!!

El modo en que me has tratado hoy no tiene nombre y debería darte vergüenza. Si no quieres tratar con el público, deberías buscarte un trabajo en el que no tengas que resolver problemas con amabilidad y paciencia. Hazlo mejor!! Sé mejor!!!

Staff are nice .
However the ordering speakers towards the beltway is a big problem.
Can not hear anything and they can not hear you to take the order .
Should be relocated.
