In town for the weekend and this Panera location was right next door to my hotel which I greatly appreciated. The hotel has a bistro that serves breakfast (paid, not free), but I figured I’d go with what I know instead of unfamiliar.
I go over around 8:30AM, the store is pretty empty expect for me and one other customer but it was super clean and immaculate. The cashier was friendly, quick & efficient. I was excited to try the new CinnaCrunch Banana Greek Yogurt Parfait so I I ordered it to go along with a breakfast sandwich, coffee and a pastry to snack on later.
My order was completed in a timely fashion and I love the electronic kiosk on the wall that tracks your order as it’s prepared, great addition Panera! And like I counted on everything was made fresh and was tasty. The smell of the hazelnut coffee as it was pouring from the carafe was invigorating, woke me right up! My experience at this location was everything that an experience at any Panera should be, everything was pretty perfect.
P.S. They have an actual drive through! Haven’t seen a drive through back at home.

Can in for breakfast. The joint is mostly clean, until I visited the restroom. Supposably they had just cleaned it. It was very dirty and the sink was disgusting! If they can’t keep the small restrooms clean…how clean is the kitchen???
The food was sub-par, not up to PB standards. We’ll never eat here again.

I recently visited Panera Bread and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless and clean, which made the atmosphere super welcoming. This location is very close to my work so I eat here, mainly to-go/drive-thru, quite frequently. I love that they have a lot of fresh, quality ingredients and a variety of vegan/veggie options. The staff is friendly and orders are almost always accurate.

I dined in and got a plastic spoon. Autumn squash soup was very good but missing the sunflower seeds. The chicken Frontega sandwich was delicious!
The cashier that took my order at the counter was alright but cut me off mid speak and was more interested in whatever conversation someone else was having. The restaurant was barely busy, four people, dirty dishes on tables, and stacked at trash reception and there was trash and food on the floor. The bathroom was awful! Very smelly like dingy and wasn’t cleaned very well, mirror falling apart and the paper towels were hard to get out of device.

I ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Soufflé. The soufflé has an egg custard, spinach, and cheese. It was soft and very flavorful. I ate the whole thing, savoring each bite lol. It was packaged thoughtfully. I will definitely buy this delicious breakfast treat again.

Waited 1.5 hours for to go orders. My teacher coworkers and I watched our names be pushed further and further down the list.
We explained we needed to get to work, and asked why our orders were being pushed further down the list. To go orders, or online orders were given priority over others.
My coworkers’ order was “lost” after 1.5 hours of waiting. There was an extra long line for refunds. This is not acceptable.
