I love Panera! I always get the Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. It’s always the bomb. Ask for kettle chips instead of bread for your side. I also love the iced green tea. It’s on the pricey side- for the sandwich and drink, it was $17.

I am so disappointed in Panera. It has been one of our favorite places, but tonight the place was a mess — uncleared tables, unwiped tables with left-over food and crumbs, etc., garbage cans stacked full that there was no room to add our plates, a dangerously wet floor by the drink machines. It was not busy at all, and no workers were working the floor. What is happening? I took photos so that you can see. While the salad was good as usual — the sandwiches were not the usual high quality.

Went there for lunch on 8/5/23. They got our order wrong. We didn’t know till we got home. Only 6 minutes away. Not only was food wrong. Spicy Chicken sandwich and pepperoni melt were both cold as if they came out of the fridge. Pepperoni melt had Chicken on it, which we DID NOT order. The chicken tasted like canned chicken. They did not ask what flavor chips we wanted. We didn’t know it even came with chips. For the price and long wait, it was definitely not worth the cold wrong food. Won’t be back!

Came in for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was fast and friendly. I don’t come here very often so I appreciated that staff were patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I wended put with a bacon egg breakfast sandwich which was very good. Wife and grand daughter had sweets so I stole a bite of wife’s chocolate croissant. Yum! Overall very happy with experience today!

My wife and I come to this Panera weekly. Food is usually fresh and hot, this time I had the Mexican corn soup. But I’ve about given up on Panera. The music is horrible and way too loud to enjoy a conversation… but mostly just horrible.

Definitely not my favorite Panera bread. Every time I order a large iced coffee, they give it to me in a 16 oz cup and when I confront them, they just pour it into a large cup and add more ice lol customer service is also hit or miss. It can be great depending on the clerk.

Stopped in at this location today after a work event and spoke with a Stephanie Allen. Her attention to detail and restaurant facilities are amazing! This location is so clean! The food was awesome as well. I travel to a lot of Panera locations and this one is tip top shape and has excellent presentation. Thank you Stephanie! Great job!
