I like this place because there’s no loud music and you can actually hear the people you’re dining with. We used the digital tablet to order Kids Mac & Cheese, Toasted Italiano Sandwich, and Greek Salad w/ Chicken. My kids and I enjoyed our food. We didn’t interact with any employees. It’s very spacious inside and everything is organized well.

The food was really good and plentiful. Our only issue was the bread that came with the soups was hard. Just a few seconds in the warmer could have helped. Prices seemed higher than other locations even after our discount.

We arrived here at 11 on the dot and the gal at the desk helped us out immediately. She was super kind and got us some breakfast items we wanted. She was awesome! The food came out quick and hot. This place is clean and the lady cleaning the tables was nice too. I got the oatmeal and the chipotle chicken sandwich and they were delicious. Very nice place! Good job!

TheFoid is Excellent, I wish I could say they keep this place clean ! Honestly, I have never beeb in and they clean the Countertops . Plus Windows look like never. Last time I was in the Eukuess one , I had to wipe down the table where a person I met shared.

I felt like over the last couple years I go enough that I already know that when I pick up Food at the Register, it’s not Clean! We have the Superflu going around! Disinfect the countertops please and the Register. Goodness gracious! What is up with that!

Just left Panera took about 20 minutes to get a mac and cheese I was the second one in line. The manager apparently was running the whole store. But all she could do was apologize. You would think if they could get us to buy $13 mac and cheese they could afford to pay More For Better help

Friendly staff and clean restaurant with lots of convenient parking. Went here for takeout breakfast and ordered the steel cut oatmeal and a bagel. I would prefer a little more brown sugar in the oatmeal and the pecans they used were a little funky to taste. Otherwise it was very good.

I haven’t had the best experiences with this location, but today is the last time I will be spending any more money there. I went through the drive thru and not only did I see a server use her apron as a tissue, the girl that handed me my food had just put a new trash bag in the trash bin and did not wash her hands before handing me my food. To make matters worse, I went there for the black bean soup and ordered a bowl which turned out to be 1/4 beans to ³/4 liquid. It was not pleasant to eat and I couldn’t finish it. I might have to start going to Glade like another unsatisfied customer mentioned.

Went 11:48 AM 07/27/2024 The lady that took my order was so helpful. I couldn’t see the whole screen so I asked if there was a coffee she respond perfectly with all the kind of coffees the got ( Cold and Hot ) I got the Chipotle chicken sandwich with extra sauce and veggies. I’ve been waiting a little bit longer than the usual but that was completely fine with me because it’s worth it!! also The lady was so nice serving me through drive thru. and she gave me Free chocolate chip cookie. I would like to thank her a lot. Thank you Stanley!!! Keep it up always ! .

Walked into Panera to eat with my wife and I can say the food was good. The atmosphere seemed pleasant at first, but we could hear some of the kitchen staff cursing from where we were seated. One kitchen worker in particular was being disrespectful to guests walking in for pick up orders and had a foul attitude bringing their ideology into the environment. This place has lost credibility in my mind, your company should not hire people with fiery takes on ideology as that makes your staff seem very unprofessional.
