I purchased a to-go salad for my daughter. This place could do with some training on how to pack the to-go orders. The bottled drinks were in the bag with the food. It’s summer so the condensation, once outside, would have weakened the bag and risked it ripping open. I wrapped the bottles in napkins I had in my car since none were included with the order. The hot entree was placed on top of the cold entree and the cookies were tossed haphazardly in the bag. The one thing I didn’t check was that the salad lid was on correctly. It wasn’t and the entire $12 salad was spilled when my daughter tried to take it out of the bag. This place is terrible.

I can only speak for the steak sandwich that I ordered. There was only one piece of meat on the entire $12 sandwich. Only half the sandwich is in the pic, the other half was the same.

The food was great! It always is. However, this is the first time that I have gone to a Panera where there was no staff to order from! Instead, they had a computer that you could place your order on, then taking your own buzzer notification thingy, for lack of a better word. Much prefer interacting with human beings. All in all good meal.

I like the friendly staff. I do not like the food. I enjoy the atmosphere so it’s a great place to study. If i get something to eat is a bagel toasted with cream cheese or hot tea. I see a lot of other people enjoying the food though so I’m rating according to how much i enjoy being there. Crate your own opinion for sure.

Side salad was ok, could have used more dressing. The bread / bun was stale, really chewy. Drinks are very expensive $ 3.09 for a 16 oz. unsweet tea . Facility was clean service was fast and friendly.

We ordered on the kiosk after 5 minutes since no one had spoken to us. It is not approaching their closing time, but we ordered ten minutes ago and no one seems to be preparing our food. It took 25 minutes to get our food. The food does look and taste good, so 3 stars for the food. 2 stars for the service.

Jared and penny both are the absolute worst managers I have ever witnessed as a paying customer here. Corporate if you see this please rethink your decision as to them being managers and I have witnessed employees complaining about them multiple times behind their back inside the restaurant.

We ordered via the app close to closing, but I had plenty of time to get to the restaurant before…I thought. When I realized I was going to be just past closing, I called to verify I could still pick up my order. Jared was so nice. He explained the options I had for pick up and was waiting with my order when I arrived! The service at this location has really upgraded over the past 6 months. Good job, Panera Greenville!!
