For the first time in a long time I ate and finished a salad . The harvest medley chicken salad had a nice balance of sweet nutty textured was very enjoyable definitely a must try also the rustic baked potato was a nice touch of spice and flavor

My partner has been a big fan of Panera for a long time. We have been to this location in the past and is has been OK.
When you walk in m, you are greeted with self service monitors. There is a live employee at a register who appears they could take orders.
My patterned orders a half soup, half salad. $15. I order a chicken salad. $15. Fountain drinks are $3 apiece. $40 dollars later, our order is complete.
The staff is nice and friendly. I get our order and we sit down to eat. The ‘chicken’ was processed meat (lunch meat) cut into pieces. The soup was very salty and not good.
Even if things are wrong with a restaurant, I will show forgiveness if they make it up in other ways. The corporate side of Panera has lost their way. Their food is not what is used to be and it is very expensive. We will not be returning and I advise everyone else to do the same.

This ended up being a filling meal. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich tasted pretty good but didn’t have enough chicken between the bread. The small Mac & Cheese was also very good, but even with the $2 off special, it was overpriced for what you get. Chili’s had much better Mac & Cheese for the price. Also, the chips where no where as good a deal as say, Jimmy John’s. Rated the food 4 stars, not so much for flavor, but price for what you get. The atmosphere was fine for a late Tuesday.

A little less enjoyable than usual. They were especially slow and didn’t get two of our 3 orders right. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though, they could be traing new cooks. (However, I’m gluten intolerant and someone put crutons in my soup which could have been dangerous if I was celiac.)

I definitely will not be ordering from Panera again. If this is half a salad then what does the full look like? Where did the lettuce go in the salad? It looks like someone just sprinkled in a handle full and called it a day. And I paid over $10 for this. I really dislike food prepping, but these places are giving me no choice but to do it. Sorry, these pictures do not show what’s really going on in this container.

Waxahachie location is hit or miss most of the time unlike other locations I sometimes visit which are 5 star consistently. Seems that there is a problem retaining staff at this location….always someone different at the counter. Seems to be a Management problem with the scenarios that go on here. As far as atmosphere, the music they play is way too loud.

So many things to Love. Love the pick 2. The salads are so good. Many healthy choices. I love some of the seasonal items. Don’t forget dessert. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Literally the best Panera I’ve ever been to!! And I’ve been to several in several different states. Clean restaurant, super friendly staff and the food was perfection. I wish I lived closer!

Always wanted to check it out so I had a slow day and stopped in. I was not disappointed. Eating my Sandwich and Soup while CCR was in the background blowing out “have you ever seen the rain”, had me thinking about the yesterday’s that have gone and wishing for days when we didn’t have internet yet. A beautiful thing indeed. But I digress, the experience was awesome. I will be back!!!

I’ve been here several times and it just so happens that Sophia is working every time. She offers the best customer service! I got an apple salad today and it was delicious! Thanks for the continued great service Sophia! She deserves a raise!
