Nice soup and sandwich with warm atmosphere. The food tastes great and coffee is nice. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating arrangements. The price is little high. It serves pepsi beverages. There’s an outside patio for enjoying the atmosphere outside. Staff is nice and clean restroom.

I was one of two customers at this location today at 4:10PM on a Thursday. Stopped in to pick up some Chicken and Wild Rice soup for my sick wife. After the manager and workers stopped chatting they were kind enough to fill my order. Unfortunately it was for Chicken Noodle soup and not what I ordered and what was clearly shown on the receipt. I used to frequent Panera years ago but stopped because of their poor service and the degradation in quality of their food. I only stopped here by request of my wife today but will definitely not be returning in the future. $18 for 2 bowls of the wrong soup. Do better.

Ordered a veggie sandwich this is what we were given. Guess it’s assemble your own or put it together. Panera has gone way downhill. Also no bread for the soup or chips. Wife’s sandwich was the same but they forgot to put the chicken in the chicken sandwich.

I had an outstanding experience at Panera, and I want to specifically recognize the manager, Ozzy. It’s rare to see someone take genuine ownership of customer experience the way he does.

Ozzy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He didn’t just take our order — he took the time to walk us through the new menu updates, explained the recently introduced items clearly, and helped us understand the best options based on what we were looking for. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he explained everything with patience and confidence.

What really stood out was his attitude. He was professional, approachable, and fully engaged — not distracted, not rushed, and not robotic. He made sure we were comfortable with our choices and checked in to ensure everything met our expectations.

Customer service like this builds loyalty. If every location had a manager like Ozzy, the brand would be unstoppable.

Highly recommend this Panera location — and if you get the chance, ask for Ozzy.

Panera’s classic meals are wonderful. I loved the pick 2 deals that allow nice combos for multiple cravings. The staff was very nice and the GM Johnathan was so welcoming and nice. He really went out his way for our family and other customers around us. Johnathan made our day for our family lunch!

I wasn’t even sure what I ordered. So I ordered they had a promotion running with big old 5 go ahe. Basically, they gave me a free sandwich. Let’s knock my bill down quite a bit. It’s as if I ordered 3 sandwiches. And turn giving a great discount and free food. Thanks team, I appreciate it.I’m a fat boy

I was the only one at drive thru at 10:38 am on sunday( yes I remember the time exact because I work in the gates of prosper) and had to be at work by 11 am. Waited for almost 17 min at drive thru for my 1 order which is insane. Didn’t even communicate there will be a delay and they even saw me looking at them. Wasted $8 for nothing and was provided the wrong order. Because of them I was late to work.

The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered was completely burnt inside and out. It’s hard to believe that an employee would burn something and still put it in drive through order for a customer to take home to eat. Expensive and gross food.

I pulled up to the drive through at 10:29am today trying to make it before breakfast ended. I asked for an avocado toast with egg, and the woman at the drive through confirmed that it would be fine.

She then asked if the order was for a salad, and I clarified that it was for the avocado toast. At that point she said they stop serving breakfast at 10. I pointed out that the sign clearly says 10:30. She then responded that it was now 10:31 and everything had already been put away.

There was no apology and no acknowledgement that she initially said breakfast was available. The response was cold and dismissive. Terrible customer service. It is no surprise this location has such poor reviews.
