We came in to order food the lady at the desk took a year to take our order and was whispering. When we place our order the basket was full of bagels and we ordered 2 bagels then they come to give us our dine in order In a to go bag then come to tell us they can’t give us a sesame bagel while the basket was full when we placed our order. Manager was horrible didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience instead she decided to come to our table with a attitude and said “I don’t have the energy to argue” horrible workers and service.

Idk why I forgot this place exists. They have seriously updated threat menu and panini game. I’ve had the chicken avocado panini 4 days in a row. The salads are also amazing. Kinda pricey for fast food but still really good and healthy 🙂

Food is great. But this place sucks. Horrible service. They are always out of baguette. I paid extra for the Avocado on my Mediterranean sandwich but they were out of avocado at 7 pm. Didnt have the curtesy to tell me when i picked up my order. And no apology as well. They seem to close early than they advertise by saying they are put of everything. Staff is rude and loud.

I rarely leave reviews for fast casual chain restaurants but this place deserves praise. The staff fast with their service, the location was clean and the manager personally walked the restaurant to make sure our orders came out as expected. It sounds weird because it’s a chain but this location’s quality tastes better than the other Panera Bread locations I’ve been too (ex: the 423/380 location)

Ugh I hate to give panera a one star as I LOVE panera but given my experience here i have to. I ordered ahead on the app for kiosk pick up. I arrived 2 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. Walked into the restaurant and didnt see it at the pick up. So i went to the counter and they said they would make it, and to wait a few minutes. That was fine with me, despite ordering ahead because i was in a hurry to make it back to the office. After waiting a few minutes they tell me its going to take an hour to make soup so.. so i had to cancel and couldnt even eat lunch that day. Very disappointed and wont be coming here again waste of time and I have low blood sugar

The restaurant was well lit and clean. This was my first time eating at this location and unfortunately it will be my last. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. We made our order on the electronic pads and then sat down at our table. The food/drinks arrived about 10 minutes later. There was a drink missing. We had to tell the waitress/server what drink was missing. We ordered two bowls of soup and they were lukewarm when they were brought to our table. One bowl was sent back to be heated. I pushed mine to the side. Hopefully, this location can make an improvement the quality of food and customer service.

They totally skimp you on their chicken noodle soup, EVERY time. Then when you return it, they make you dress if you’re just being a difficult customer. No, I’m a customer that paid for two expensive Chicken noodle soups only to get a spoonful of noodles in each! And the reason why I started buying two soups instead of one was so that maybe I could combine the two for ONE FULL serving. Both locations in Prosper will skimp you. Save your money and go elsewhere.
