Came for a lunch break for work. Service, food, ambiance was good. I give 3 stars because my soup had more liquid than filling. I understand places have to stretch soup ingredients but it would be nice to have a better balance. My soup was delicious just not very filling.

Been to the Plano Central 75 location 4-5 times this year. Always the same story – newbie at the register who is not ready to be alone at the register, have to repeat my order 2-3 times; they always have inferior customer service; none of the other Panera locations in the area have these problems; wish they would finally get a good manager at this place, but I’m never going back again. I’ve finally had it with their slow and inefficient service here. There are plenty of other locations near me — all of them 5 star. But this one has NEVER been good. NEVER.

This Panera Bread location is awesome, plenty of outdoor seating, really good inside dining area and friendly staff. It’s clean and contemporary with internet access. I have never found it too busy or noisy. Its a nice place to chill out and meet with friends.

This is the absolute worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here many times in the last year, have been asked to wait long periods of time for simple salads, gotten nearly ice cold food that should have been warm, and they have often been missing ingredients like lettuce, or rice for the bowls, or onions. Why do I keep going back? Honestly, because it’s one of the few places with a drive through who has food that isn’t too greasy or fried.

This place is awful, maybe Panera in general. Overall experience was extremely disappointing and would’ve rather just not have come. Food was extremely bland, had almost no flavor. The bread was honestly the best part which makes sense considering it’s in the name. The whole process by which you order and if you need extra things is totally obnoxious. Asked for a side of arugula and ended up having to get up and down three times in this confusing process just to acquire arugula. The counter staff were super friendly and helpful, everything else was a let down. Waste of $16.

Didn’t recognize the facade. Management investments in technology should pay off but the labor savings should be used to train the “order takers” into upselling or helping the first time customer into making better customized orders.
