Damien was amazinggggg! He was very kind, polite, intuitive, and respectful. He greeted me with a smile, and he listened to my problem and he went above and beyond to make me feel better about my order being messed up. I’m glad my order was messed up, because I got to meet him. He truly made my night, and he was such a gentleman. People like him are the reason I keep going. He reminds me of myself. It was easy to tell he’s a water sign . Anyways Panera you are blessed to have someone as great as him represent you! Oh and a shout out to Sheresa for also allowing my problem to be remedied immediately. She’s the reason I went back up there. They both deserve a raise

After placing an order at the self serve POS for squash soup with no pumpkin seeds plus other items, moved to get our cups. Four employees came up from the back to assist one person at the counter ahead of us. They realized he was there for a pickup order, they all went back into the kitchen. They completely ignored me and my husband though they all saw us. Finally one came back a few minutes later to give us our cups. When the order came, the soup still came with pumpkin seeds. Worst experience here.

Came for a lunch break for work. Service, food, ambiance was good. I give 3 stars because my soup had more liquid than filling. I understand places have to stretch soup ingredients but it would be nice to have a better balance. My soup was delicious just not very filling.

This Panera Bread location is awesome, plenty of outdoor seating, really good inside dining area and friendly staff. It’s clean and contemporary with internet access. I have never found it too busy or noisy. Its a nice place to chill out and meet with friends.

Wow, Panera has changed a lot since I’ve been here! It is so cool! You can order your food without waiting in the line with their kiosks. The have numbers will a built in number system. Had a very cool modern look. I had the broccoli cheddar soup, which was delicious! They have free WiFi so it’s a nice spot to get a little work done as well. I will definitely be back! Great atmosphere, great food and modern set up!

Didn’t recognize the facade. Management investments in technology should pay off but the labor savings should be used to train the “order takers” into upselling or helping the first time customer into making better customized orders.
We were offered bonus bread when the soup already came with bread. Why not let the customer know about other equivalent choices?
The pictures of the broccoli soup had chunks of broccoli. We were served with finely chopped broccoli. Why?
The picture of the Mediterranean sandwich had a distinctive “tall” stack. We were served with a deflated stack and the size of the bread much smaller than that in the picture. Why?
The coffee choices were better than the average. True to form (for soda fountains) there was a malfunctioning nozzle. The place was kept clean in all areas including the restrooms.
