Always pretty decent but was pretty expensive today. Could have gone to a restaurant for what lunch cost today. Food was good, quick service but no longer a go to for me. Probably been about a year and although I love this place there are just other places around town I’d rather drop nearly $40 bucks at you know.

My husband and I have picked up orders from this location multiple times. The food quality is inconsistent. A few days ago, my husband went through the drive thru to get a fuji apple chicken salad, and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The salad usually has a handful of chicken on it, but this time it literally only had ONE slice of chicken. There was also not as much lettuce in the salad. To pay $12 for a salad and for it to have almost no chicken on it is very frustrating. I admit, my husband should have checked the order. We will definitely be checking better, if we ever visit this Panera location again. I’m tired of them skimping on ingredients.

If you plan to dine in, don’t be surprised if you see stuff. It’s just generally dirty. Looks like they don’t take too much pride in keeping the place clean. Food is decent but that’s about it. We continue to go there because it’s in a convenient location and my kids like the mac & cheese.

Panera’s food has always been great. On the other hand, they need to work on the cleanliness of the dining area. Forget about the restrooms, they are ALWAYS dirty; I’m unsure why management doesn’t specify certain hours for cleaning the restrooms!

This location is very poorly managed inside has been unclean since it opened. The food is beyond subpar with the exception of their bread which is hit or miss. Sandwichs and salads lack flavor and their soup is primarily sugar. French Onion is awful. Steak sandwich is not good at all and there is very little steak and very little cheese, but lots of onions and bread. Not to mention they are overpriced. Stay away you are better off at a fast food chain.

Based on the large Sunday lunch crowd at drive-thru and inside before/after we arrived this place deserves better that two stars. We came here to try a different location and were not disappointed. All the usual virus mitigation efforts were in place so its a same place to eat. Our menu choice was their new flat bread item. Very good. Worth the brief wait as they were very busy in kitchen. Also got a caesar salad and half sandwich. No problem with order. Special note for those liking caffeine free diet soda, they have one.
