Worst Panera experience we’ve ever had.

1. Waited at the drive through for what felt like several minutes waiting for someone to greet me. No one did until I said something. The parking lot was empty and they certainly weren’t busy.

2. Confirmed with the kid at the window that the order was checked and all in the bag. He said yes.

3. Got home; items were missing, wrong, and just straight up showed laziness. You have a bagel slicing machine and can’t be bothered to slice a bagel? Also, the receipt clearly shows that no one checked the order, as it was left blank.

4. Called the store about SEVEN times over the course of half an hour OUTSIDE of their “peak traffic hours.” Not a single answer – in fact, the last call made was actually declined.

Wrong/missing items include an unsliced bagel (are you really that lazy?), a sausage breakfast sandwich with no sausage (??), and no napkins. Everything is visible on the receipt.

Unless you want to waste your time and money, stay away from this location and go to literally any other one, like the location on Preston. The lack of effort to even slice a bagel calls into question the quality of both management and the employees they choose to hire.

I placed a large catering order of breakfast sandwiches for our school teachers and it was a hit! The Panera staff was very friendly when I arrived to pickup, and our order was fulfilled with everything requested. The teachers had so many compliments and said we should definitely order here again. Shout out to the manager Patrick for his help with placing the order and to his team for making it all happen.

Always pretty decent but was pretty expensive today. Could have gone to a restaurant for what lunch cost today. Food was good, quick service but no longer a go to for me. Probably been about a year and although I love this place there are just other places around town I’d rather drop nearly $40 bucks at you know.

I had a wonderful visit at Panera Bread thanks to an exceptional employee named Nina. She truly went above and beyond during our visit. She made sure the restaurant was spotless, and she made sure we had everything we needed—checking on us multiple times, bringing us to-go boxes without us even having to ask, and maintaining a cheerful, friendly, and genuinely helpful attitude the entire time.

Nina made our experience memorable, and her outstanding service is a perfect example of what great customer care should look like. Panera is lucky to have her!

UPDATE Jan 2025: Still a great place for food and conversation. We don’t come here very often as one’s closer to home get our business. But with errands in the area this was on our radar especially with discount coupon from their loyalty club. Fast service and more than enough food. Salad was quite large so we split it and took home leftovers. I posted new photos of new menu items. UPDATE Aug 2024: This place seems stuck in rating hell with still only 2 stars since our 2021 visit. We usually goes to Panera in Plano. We found the place clean and well appointed in shopping center. We initially tried to place our order on the kiosk front desk but didn’t find what we wanted. So helpful staff took our order at counter and then showed me how to place an pick two order there if I wanted to next time. Food was ready in just a jiffy and hot. Free wifi. Several other parties dining in and a number of pickup orders while we were there. BTW: on Google 4.5 stars with 900 reviews. Seems the haters are the only ones putting this place down.2021:Based on the large Sunday lunch crowd at drive-thru and inside before/after we arrived this place deserves better that two stars. We came here to try a different location and were not disappointed. All the usual virus mitigation efforts were in place so its a same place to eat. Our menu choice was their new flat bread item. Very good. Worth the brief wait as they were very busy in kitchen. Also got a caesar salad and half sandwich. No problem with order. Special note for those liking caffeine free diet soda, they have one.

The noticed the manager rang us up and of course I expected her to be friendly but honestly the whole experience was nice. The team was welcoming and the server who gave us our food asked I we needed anything else and everyone was happy. They had just sang HBD to someone in the back and we clapped. I’ve been to alot of Panera’s bc I like the food but this is going to be my first choice from now on.

Somehow, Panera bread is great when you go to different branches all over the states. Very nice people good food always happy to go out there. I would never go to Panera and not get the broccoli cheddar soup. It’s a must. It’s so good.

My wife and I were lazy and decided to order curb side pickup. She got the Green Goddess salad and I got the chicken bacon chipotle flatbread pizza. Because it was our first time to order curbside, I got a free dessert.

The order was to be scheduled for pickup at 5:20pm and I got an email saying it was ready at 5:19pm. I clicked the button in my email and they had my order out to my vehicle in two minutes.

My wife loves the Green Goddess salad. The pizza was okay. Not the greatest pizza, but it was very tasty. It was heavy on the garlic flavor (I love garlic, so it’s not a big deal for me. Some people might be off put by it.)

I will definitely order here again.

I ordered ahead and picked up my breakfast this morning. When I opened the bag, I was surprised to find the bagel just sitting loose inside with no wrapper or bag—not even a piece of parchment around it. No excuse for this lack of basic hygiene and presentation. It’s not hard to put food in a bag or wrap, especially when it’s going to be picked up. Really disappointing.

I drive all over DFW so I look for healthy food & clean restrooms. This is actually one of my favorite Paneras around Frisco. Food is great and place is clean. Like to thank Tony the manager that help me this morning and Nina the associate that was going around Sanitizing the tables !
