Service person was very nice, however this is what I received for the Baja Chicken bowl for $12. Doesn’t even resemble the menu piece in the slightest! Very disappointed and don’t say it got messed up because it is a to go meal. This looks like someone didn’t give a darn about presentation! Panerai isnt necessarily about value but it Did Used To Be About PRESENTATION. I will not be going to Panera ever again, as this is the 2nd time.

Just remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I woke up early in a stroke of genius thought, let’s see if they have the spinach and bacon souffle? To my surprise, the app said yes. One drive through rapid pickup order later and my breakfast was secured. Or, so I thought. After arriving and giving my name, they told me they sold out (of the food I’d already paid for) and I could wait 15 minutes while more cooked or I could choose another souffle. I chose to wait. After the 15 minute wait, they graciously told me that they sold out again. Great location for watered-down coffee, an app that lies, and workers that don’t care

The entire place was filthy. Many tables had soiled dishes and trash. Could not find a clean table. No staff cleaned a table while we were there. This state of the dining area gave me zero confidence that the dishes and cups were properly cleaned. Could not find a way to provide feedback directly to Panera; so this is best I could do. Will not be back.

Shout out to the manager and staff who jumped thru hoops to take care of our mistake. We made a catering order and got the wrong date on the order. When we checked on picking up the order, we found out that we messed up, but the manager and team jumped on the order exceeding expecting and making our event a success! Thanks!

Worst Panera location in the Tulsa area! I’ve had multiple issues with them over the last year or so but most recently spent 26 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me & got a slightly warm (should have been hot after that wait) sandwich! Manager said she refunded my gift card the entire amount weeks ago, still no refund appearing on my card & she’s no longer responding to me! Time to contact corporate! Go to another location, not this one!!!

There were no people in the lobby waiting and not too many cars in the parking lot. When we are getting ready to place our orders, we were told that there would be a 45 minute wait time. We will not go back there again.

I tried using a gift card and the drive thru employee couldn’t figure out how to apply my gift card. Instead of asking for help he handed it back to me and told me “sorry, it’s not working”. He then just stared at me awkwardly like it was my fault and I ended up canceling my order.
