My mac and cheese and bread were delicious, but a little overpriced for what I got. That’s par for the course for Panera, unfortunately, but at least the food is usually pretty good. The fuji apple lemonade I had was way too sweet, but once I cut it with some water it had a really great flavor. Service was fast and friendly, so overall I had a good time.

Went through the drive-through to get pick 2. My soup had plastic in it. I called the store to speak to a manager, and she kinda laughed it off and wasn’t concerned about it, but offered me a refund only for my bowl of soup.

Overall the food was overpriced and mainly came out of the microwave but my main focus is the staff. I interacted with Assyla and Thomas and they had my food out fast and made good small talk, they honestly fit the atmosphere there nicely, God bless. However there was an employee named I think Ronda or Dawna who was loud and honestly a little rude. I would recommend some manner classes. Other than that I give it an overall 3/5 stars

Foodies beware..panera consistently leaves food items out of their food to be delivered by grub hub etc. They don’t check their orders before they leave. I have spent about $500 the last 2 months on delivery with 60 percent missing items. Not a happy camper! Called panera spoke to manager just sympathy. They should at least deliver the missing order items no charge..they have delivery service! Very ☹️

I like this panera because it’s close to my house and I have never had an issue everyone is nice. I came this morning, though, and I didn’t like the way the manager was speaking to the associate on the register. He was just trying to help a customer, and she rudely told him to stay on register. He was obviously trying to help a customer. She obviously is on some type of power trip. There is a way to talk to your employees in a nice way.

I love the strawberry poppy seed salad and they have a sweet white dressing which I mixed and put on the salad. They give me an apple so I put it on the salad, it was so good. I compared it to Braums chicken salad and yours is the best by far, sorry Braums.
