I recently visited this Panera location and experienced truly great customer service. I had forgotten to request my bagel toasted (a dozen bagel) when ordering, but I asked the cashier Michelle at the pickup window if it was still possible. Michelle at the window was absolutely exceptional! She went above and beyond to accommodate my request quickly and with a wonderful attitude. It’s little moments like these that make a difference. Highly recommend this location for their fantastic, friendly staff!

Fast forward one month later – The place still has roaches. Shame. Don’t think I’ll be back.
The cleanliness of this restaurant has gone down significantly in the last two months. The floor has been covered in food debris and crumbs, tables unwiped and nasty gunk on the partition walls. A roach scurried across the floor in the middle of the restaurant in the middle of our meal. The food and staff are okay, but something is going on here. Please deep clean your restaurant and keep it clean. Very disappointed and sad to see the cleanliness be neglected in such a way. This was my favorite place to go. I would eat here several times a month and even order delivery. I don’t know if I will anymore. I told the manager who was at the register about the cleanliness issues and roach crawling around and he said he’d fix it.

I decided to give this place a second chance.And I won’t be doing it again. I went there to get some soup Because I wasn’t feeling good but I decided to get a sandwich and some soup. Also, well, the sandwich was so hard as a rock that I couldn’t even eat it And it was messy and falling apart.The soup, on the other hand cheddar and broccoli and it tasted like it was stale because it was so thin and there was hardly any broccoli chunks in it very disappointed then. I realized when I got home that half of the soups split out because the lid wasn’t on it Secure enough, and there was no utensils for me to even eat The soup and no napkins and it took forever in drive threw to get my order. And then to top it off, there was hardly anybody in the parking lot. And I didn’t see one person in the store so disappointing next time, I guess I’ll just go to McAllister’s and it was $23 which to me is a little ridiculous.

What an awesome place to come and chill! The food is excellent, and so is the selection. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. I ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, my husband had the French onion soup and baguette, everything was so tasty. This is a place to bring friends and your whole family, Panera is budget friendly.

My wife and I love this restaurant. We always enjoy coming here and it is always so clean. The place is cozy and always has nice employees that will recommend great dishes if you can’t decide. I make a lot of reviews everywhere I go and I must say. I would rather dine here then a fancy restaurant any day ! Maybe more then the Olive Garden around the corner. Y’all stay positive and good vibes all around from this Panera Bread !!!

I was impressed by the layout. And the staff. And the food! Lol. You make your order from the overhead signage, pay and they give you a pager that lets you know when your order is ready. Then you simply walk to the back of the store and your order is ready for you to pick up. (I’m hooked on the Mediterranean Veggie on tomato bread ! It’s scrumptious!). The kitchen staff are so friendly and fun!
Panera Bread is handicap accessible. There’s enough room in the aisles to allow a wheelchair. I hope y’all check this out if you haven’t already!

The staff is nice and helpful.
The store has just opened in lawton. So it is clean and nice. I ordered Pastry ring and coffee. Bread was delicious! But I was diappointed with Vanila latte. I can barely taste coffee.(milk 90% and coffee 10%). I hope they make stronger coffee. 😉

Staff and kitchen workers are terrible ! They messed up my order yesterday gave me a completely different order and when I went up to try and get it fixed they messed it up AGAIN . I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today and they messed up my order yet again !! I ordered a whole Cesar chicken salad and got 2 pieces of lettuce and no chicken in a half container when i tried to go back up there to fix it yet again they would not fix my order. I will not be ordering here every again.

Today was my first time dining in at Panera. I ordered the Greek salad and got a free bear claw doe signing up for their rewards program. I also ordered a caramel latte. The salad had a few wilted pieces, but had a great flavor. The coffee was sweeter than I would normally order, but that’s a preference. The bear claw was amazing.
