Serving brown lettuce is just not right. Please check your salads before you distribute them out. This was not my only salad that I had received with wilted lettuce. This is unacceptable. Please do better..

We love the soup, sandwiches and breakfasts here. Love that calories are posted. Wish they served breakfast all day.
This trip, tried the green goddess salad..very nice. The chicken noodle soup was very lacking in noodles .

Like every restaurant since 2021 their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! A LITTLE BREAD BOWL OF SOUP AND A SMALL DRINK WAS FIFTEEN DILLARS! I won’t be going there as often as I like because, again, THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS and there’s no excuse except UNFETTERED GREED! SO I went three years ago and maybe I’ll go after they realize how many people WON’T GO THERE BECAUSE OF THE EXORBITANT, UNREASONABLE PRICES!

I have an unlimited sips club membership so I’m stopping here almost every day. Never had an issue really with the quality of the drinks (though everyone has a different idea of what going light on the half and half looks like, and sometimes it seems like less experienced employees may not realize they need to add more ice to an iced coffee than they would to something like a soda, because it’s gonna melt), and the times I’ve ordered a half sandwich or a bagel or something alongside my drink, that’s all been good. The service is top-notch if you come M-F during the morning into early afternoon, but in the evenings and on weekends, a lot of the time you get the B team of really young, stand-offish people who make you feel like you’re not supposed to be there or something, like genuinely look at you like you walked up to them covered in dried blood and guts or something when you approach the counter to pick up your mobile order. I guess it’s that ‘gen Z stare’ I’ve heard about. Anyway, the sips club is a great value and I’ll keep coming here for that. I wish there was a location in Yukon.

There was a hair in my good. The teenage manager seemed annoyed that I requested a hair-free sandwich. No apology offered. It’s no secret as to the source of the hair. None of the employees handling the food were wearing hair nets (or gloves). This location is terribly managed.

I love the soup in the bread bowls, I have to get it every time no matter what else I get… Everything I’ve had here is delicious. Can’t go wrong with this place ever.

Little disappointed. I ordered to go. Got me a Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT. Got home and took a bite of the sandwich, tasted bit weird. Opened up the sandwich, missing the most important part, the Roasted Turkey! I paid for that sandwich, and got just a BLT. Bit disappointed, didn’t have time to drive back to get it rectified at that time.
They did fix it when I went back the next day and re-made the sandwich for me. Unfortunately, I believe this sandwich would be better on a different type of bread.

have been here more than handful of times. order delivery from here occasionally, too. this time i got half of my order, and for the sandwich i did get, it didn’t have the bread or cheese i paid extra for. my order took 40 minutes to prepare and no, they were not that busy. never coming back here again, because honestly i have had rude interactions with girls at the drive thru before anyways. horrible location

I can only speak for myself but I feel like panera breads breakfast is super top notch ! Freshness and quality alone they are way above the competition, yes they are a bit more costly but in this case the quality you get for the price is worth it. Over easy eggs on fresh baked bread for a breakfast sandwhich beats out so many other options out to eat in a drive thru breakfast wise , and their fresh bagels and cream cheese and fruit servings are delish also !

The menu just seems to get bigger.
A great many choices but it hasn’t seemed to detract from the quality product.
Sadly the cost, IS creeping up, but for sandwich, salad and soup options, they’re hard to beat.
