We have been sip club members for a long time so travel to every Panera Bread in an area. This one is closest to where we are right now so gets our business, but the coffee is often out or cold. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. When asked, the staff takes their sweet time to refill the coffee or milk carafes. Very frustrating. When we order on the app they rarely read the instructions. Why give us an area to ask for something toasted or to not be included on a sandwich if you don’t read it? Trying to find a clean table can be interesting too. There are a couple conscientious workers there, but on the most part they don’t seem to care.

I love having Panera – it always hits the spot and is mostly the same in all locations. Not only is the food always good but the app makes it foolproof to order/pick-up. This location is right on the main road and pretty close to the interstate. We typically always get the new flatbread pizza – must try!

The staff were not quite rude, but more so seemed like they could care about anything else other than being there. They don’t talk with customers, nor do they even talk amongst each other. It is quite possible I caught them on a bad morning, but they should not let poor attitude portray to customers. The food was good, as always, and the overall experience was not the worst I have experienced before.

Staff for breakfast are pretty indifferent about what they can and can’t do it in the kitchen. Had the front register person argue with me about over easy vs over medium and why there was no way they could ever do an over medium egg. So I took my business to a place that could do over medium eggs. Places need to quit being so quick to say no when they have the opportunity to say yes and win someone over. It’s really pretty easy.

The Hazelnut flavor hot coffee had run empty. The manager took the large pot to go brew more. Before it was finished/ready to bring out, he was very kind to bring me a cup of hot coffee while it was still brewing. The kitchen had not noticed the “sub asiago bagel” on the ticket for my breakfast sandwich. They were very apologetic and gave me a free one. Great staff!
