Always have to pester employees to get my sip club drink. And my friend didn’t get his cookie because he was Asian getting his friend’s order. Also when I ordered a chicken bacon rancher, they gave me little to no chicken on it so it’s just bread. For $11.00!?

If you want a good morning/afternoon/evening, do not go to this place If you want to make somewhere on time, do not go to this place. Genuinely such bad service. Waiting for 20 mins in drive thru for a bagel is genuinely diabolical. Additionally, their salads are extremely underpacked. Please don’t go to this location! Trust when I say the food is not worth the bad service!!! The employees genuinely do not care, and they will give you attitude….

This location has terrible service and they don’t even care. I have had more than several experiences like this but this week it happened twice. The first time, my food was never put on the shelf until an employee asked if I was waiting for something. The bag that sat there for 20 minutes AFTER the app said it was ready? Yes that is mine. Employee shoved it in my hand, no apologies what so ever. After doing the survey someone reached out and offered a pick two and bakery item. That was nice. Today I put my order in at 11:38am, app said it would be ready at 11:47am. Got an alert they were running behind. At 12:03pm the app notified me the order was ready. 12:08pm they finally called my name. Thirty minutes for a sandwich and half sandwich/half salad. I emailed them back about my experience. They blamed it on being a game day and how busy it was. It was not busy at that time. Neither the parking lot nor dining area were anywhere near full. Employees are standing around looking clueless and management obviously does not care that it is a constant problem. You have to show up minimum of 10 minutes after it says your food is ready if you want any chance of it actually being ready, even then it is iffy. I like the fact there are a lot of things not added in the food but, it is not worth the lack of service. Done with them.

The grilled cheese is delicious, much better than the popular ‘cheese specialty’ restaurant. It’s disappointing that they discontinued my favorite teriyaki chicken bowl especially after discontinuing my other favorite bowl years ago. But that’s a corporate issue. Go early to get a kitchen sink cookie because they sell out fast.

I also don’t recommend the MLK store. It’s closer to us but we drive to this location due to the service and lack of selection at MLK.

Went with my sister for the first time. We both got the Broccoli and Cheddar Soup Sourdough Bread Bowl. Food was delicious, highly recommend the bread bowl. Side of potato chips were underwhelming, but
my sister loved her side baguette. Was decently busy when we went (Thursday at 6pm), so not much help when we were deciding what we wanted. Other than that, lovely experience.

I always love to eat in Deli style places such as Panera Bread. We stopped by for a quick dinner, and this time both of us ordered salads. My husband ordered a southwest one and I ate the Cobb salad. Both the salads were fresh, and good, however I expected ham/ bacon too in my Cobb salad. The portion size was decent. We got an Asiago bagel toasted with a regular cream cheese. The bagel was also fairly good. The place was neat and clean, and I recommend it.

I’ve been to the panera in springdale and rogers. But Fayetteville has the absolute best crew. Always positive, always professional, and timely service. My man on the food line in the mornings is the best when ur craving a toasted Italiano.
If the manager sees this let your staff know how much u appreciate them.

This is my first visit inside since I usually use the drivethru. It is a weird location, kinda away from everything, so it is not necessarily easy to get to. But it is a well lit and warm building. It definitely has a well-worn feel, the booths are ripped and tables are wobbly. It was pretty busy inside with people working like I do but plenty of tables and booths, so it never felt crowded. The wait for food and drinks is also pretty fast. I love the Sip Club membership and discounts on the app, and I usually get the iced Papaya Green Tea and sometimes coffee. The bagels are great too along with their soup. Not a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches like I had today. Soggy eggs, no sauce, and dry. I would stick with lunch or bagels. Overall, I’ll be back for a coffee date or quick soup for lunch

It’s Panera, you already know that the food is going to be okay, not amazing. Just okay. My biggest complaint especially with this location is how unfathomably lazy the employees are. For example, the kiosk always tells you they will call your name whenever your food is ready, but they never do. Every single time I get tired of waiting so I go up to ask them about my food and there it is sitting on the counter with without my name ever being called… This is ridiculous.
