Employees were rude. It was really cold. They were running air on a cold day. I asked them to turn the air off. Two men came in and commented about it being cold. I asked again about the air and was ignored: my husband got a full French dip sandwich. They gave him a small cup au Gus. He asked more more and was told that they can’t. When questioned, they said they give the same amount whether you get half or full sandwich. How does that make sense? They were not accommodating!

I came to this location on 1/19 around evening time and there were only two girls running the entire store, not sure why but just wanted to let yall know yall were KILLING IT! ❤️ received great service despite it being so incredibly short staffed. Over heard one of them on the drive thru head set and she was very kind. I was very impressed.

This has nothing to do with this location or crew, they’ve been fine. However, since I don’t do social media I needed to express this to them somewhere. Panera, your ENTIRE brand was build and maintained around baking your bread fresh nightly, and maintaining a clean ingredients list. Now that you’ve done away with that? I won’t be back. Why in the world am I still paying the same high prices for par baked bread with potentially junk ingredients? No, I just ordered your food to my house as I had forgot about this, I won’t be having it again. I can get that quality for much cheaper elsewhere. It’s my opinion you will eventually tank the business with this move. Terrible choice by your leaders.

the store was practically empty when i went (around 4:30?), so service was quick and friendly. poor girl behind the counter looked bored out of her mind. food was good, i got a mac and cheese bread bowl. little disappointed with the size of the mac and cheese. the store was mostly clean, save for a few spots (but thats probably nitpicking)

I had to give one star to even leave a review. This Panera is a mess. I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru for a single hot latte with just two cars in front of me. I was certain my coffee was already cold by the time I finally made it to the window, and the manager still expected me to pay full price. He was extremely rude and insisted that if I wanted my coffee, I had to pay the $5.58. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience here. The person in front of me stormed off mad as well. Long story short, I left without my coffee. Panera manger on duty this morning has to be more prepared or he doesn’t need that position. They have officially lost my business, and I’m still waiting for someone from Panera to make this right!

Came here on a Saturday to have lunch with my son. The service was non existent, stood at counter for 5 minutes without ever being greeted and the restaurant was completely empty. Zero customer service skills here.

Never tried Einstein Bros before this and I’m a convert. The coffee was hot and delicious, their bagel breakfast sandwich was off the hook and even though they were super busy I only waited around 5 minutes for my order. The staff here is on it!

I’m a loyal Panera customer in various cities in Arkansas and Arizona. I was so happy to see this new location. I love their new coffee machines that grind the beans for each individual cup of coffee. They do seem to struggle at times to keep inventory stocked and that can be frustrating and not good for business. My family enjoys a number of their items and we hope they’ll do well at this location.
