We walked in to no line at all and were immediately acknowledged by the cashier behind the counter, which set a great first impression. We weren’t entirely sure what we wanted, so it took us a moment to decide, but she was patient and ready when we were. We both ordered Pick 2 combos: one with a toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich paired with mac & cheese, and the other a Chicken Bacon Rancher with Bacon Mac & Cheese. The food came out quickly, and while the cook initially forgot to put the second mac and cheese back on the tray, it was noticed and corrected right away without any hassle.
The food itself was genuinely delicious. We ended up sharing the sandwiches, and both were excellent, well-seasoned, nicely toasted, and satisfying in flavor. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, exactly what you expect from Panera. Where the experience falls apart is the value. At around $15 per meal, it’s hard to justify the portion sizes, especially considering this is essentially a sandwich-and-soup (or mac) spot. The portions felt light for the price, and it’s hard not to compare that to the not-so-distant past when $8–$10 meal deals were common. If the price were closer to $10, or if the Pick 2 included a more generous scoop of mac and cheese, it would feel much more reasonable. Honestly, if it weren’t for the gift card we had, this likely wouldn’t be a regular stop for us, homemade sandwiches are far cheaper and arguably healthier. The food quality is there, but the value just doesn’t quite keep up with the price anymore.

I went here to catch up with friends and it was a very chill atmosphere. Easy to have a conversation. The food was good and I may be bias because I usually get the same thing but the Mediterranean greens with grains salad is so good. No need to switch it up here when this salad exists Ijs. Regardless good service, good food, and good atmosphere. I would recommend if you just want grab lunch or catch up with friends or read a book while you dine. This is that type of dining experience.

They are letting homeless men sleep on the tables in the back, so people can’t sit at that part of the restaurant. For anyone who virtue signals how much they assume this isn’t a problem, know these men are taking up seats from paying customers, and blocking most of the room. If you don’t see that as a problem, think about it from the perspective of every customer lost because of this, Panera is that much closer to having to lay off one employee. The restaurant is for employees and paying customers, not the homeless. The homeless men sleeping in the restaurant can work at Panera if they need somewhere to stay. The employees of Panera do it, so they can too.

I ordered online yesterday bagels for pickup but no place to request sliced online nor could I see if cream cheese was included. I tried to call twice to ask but phone in loop. Arrived today to cashier who said I would wait 30 minutes for slicing since I’d didn’t indicate in the app. I found cream cheese was not included so purchased. Asst mgr Justin was nicer than cashier in saying you will need to wait but not getting the point that a phone not working (I was told by 2 staffers) and the blame put on me for my lack of ordering protocol was the catalyst that frustrates a customer. I tried to order to be able to walk in and walk out. I would not go back. If corporate doesn’t care to fix your phones, they either don’t know or glad to see you fail. Cluster!

I simply want to compliment the worker LaTasha. She is ALWAYS professional and friendly, not only with the customers, but with her coworkers as well.

The feel of the restaurant is not welcoming. The cashier that took our order was friendly. The food was served hot in a timely manner. But the prices have greatly increased. And the dinning room was messy.

Ordered the Garden Avocado & Egg White Sandwich and was pretty disappointed. It came with just one tiny slice of avocado, which felt a bit misleading given the name. The overall sandwich lacked flavor and felt thrown together. For the price, I expected more care and substance.

I hate picking up orders from this location because they never have the order ready when I get there. Then they never hospitable at all the atmosphere is always they talking to each other instead of the customers. I never see a smile on nobody’s face and the communication is dry. Orders tht we come pick up should be ready when we get there or 5 mins later. Today I have been waiting on 3 breakfast sandwich,’s for 30 mins because they are running there mouth talking instead of working. Then the worker yelling all the delivery people to wait dwn there, instead of in her face wth an attitude.
