It’s a little strange to describe, but there is a Panera bread before the pandemic and one afterwards. I’m sorry to say that I visited the latter just now. Bakery products are rarely of the same quality that they used to be. For example, here is a delightful looking tulip cookie that is not anywhere worth the price that they charge for it. Be prepared to be disappointed. That’s a shame.

The food all tastes amazing and the people working are nice but they literally never have baguettes. I’ve been trying to get one for lunch for the past year (literally at least 20 different times) and they NEVER have baguettes. I don’t understand why they don’t just make more of them since they’re obviously always sold out by lunch time. Super disappointing because it’s the best tasting baguette I’ve found in the city. Also, I’ve been able to order one on the app with it saying there were 3 left in stock but I get there and they say they’re out so I can’t have it, I wouldn’t drive all the way there if I knew I couldn’t get what I ordered and they don’t notify me until I’m there picking it up. Just very frustrating and a waste of time.

Service and food were very good. Need to clean better. Greasy fingerprints everywhere, high touch areas like doors and counter area had more than a days worth of fingerprints at 10 am.

Stopped ~11 for early lunch. Tables, etc. were not cleaned, condiment bins empty. Sandwich dry. Menu had changed again…what to get?Order girl did good. Sandwich announced quickly. But not a good experience.

Staff was incredibly friendly. They were out of asiago bagels and the sprouted grain bagel thins. Egg whites were overcooked and cold. French onion soup was almost gelatinous. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the pepperoni and mozzarella baguette was good and the staff were courteous. Won’t be visiting again.
