If I could rate service and atmosphere a 0 out of 5 then I would. They have a new employee thats rude and apparantly she doesn’t know what shes doing. I miss the short lady with the glasses that seemed to of run everything so smoothly even by herself in either the front or the back. She got along with her employees well and this new lady is just horrible. Bring back the other person! You’d figure you would keep the best people working in the hospital location

I ordered the Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait and the Cafe Blend Dark Roast Coffee
The Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait contains Greek yogurt with honey, maple butter pecan granola with whole grain oats, and fresh strawberries and blueberries. It was good; however, it was too sweet for me. Just make sure to stir it well. I think that they could cut back a little on the honey and it would be even better.
The coffee was really good. When I was adding condiments I thought, from the smell, that it might be bitter but it wasn’t bitter.
Be Aware:
I ordered for pickup a few months ago. This location is in the food court of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. You have to find a place to park to walk in to pick up the order. It is hard to find a place to park to walk in to pick it up!

Bread and all other ingredients were fresh out of the fridge ice cold. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have gone right next door to Subway.

This place is total garbage. Ordered a sandwich soup combo a they charge for a full bowl a full sandwich. The sandwich was horrible all it had on it was little to no meat a strong flavor of horseradish sauce. 34 bucks for two people. Tiny sandwiches that would not fill up a two year old. This is ridiculous. Don’t eat here. Go to Jason’s deli.

Michael is a horrible manager! The kiosk never said they were out of hummus. By the time I left and got ready to eat , I realized none was on my veggie sandwich. Literally only lettuce and mustard. That is NOT how the sandwich is made or the extras I paid for. The front counter girl didn’t understand anything, basically wasn’t trained on anything but the deserts.
Edit: my comments will reach my bank and I will get my money back. Nobody is paying for trash food.. that you clearly THREW TOGETHER cause you are incompetent at making a sandwich.

First time visiting. Ordered yba on,egg,cheese on chabatta bread. Took a long time. OMGosh, hard as a rock. So over microwaved I couldn’t bite into the brick. Cheese so melted hardly could tell it was there. And WHAT?!!! The bacon was literally bacon bits that fell off when I picked up the sandwich. Awefu! Never again.
