I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted, and this is what I received. How an employee could even look at this bagel and think it was acceptable to put in a bag and give to a paying customer is beyond me. If I wanted half a bagel, I would’ve asked for it.

Last time I went to this restaurant in Fremaux Town Center Slidell, they recommend it to me but honestly the bread was not what I expect if is a bread place name but the reason for the review is mostly because is unhygienic. I took a lemonade and I tried it but it had caffeine and I didnt notice, so I ask to the woman if they had lemonade without caffeine cause im pregnant so she take off my cup and put it again in the same place where I comes out! Thats disgusting! Imagine they do that in front of me, I don’t want to know what they make things you cant see.

I wish I could not give any stars because I had a bad experience, I have never seen something so unhygienic with my own eyes when I returned a tea because it had caffeine and the employee put it back in the tea machine so someone else drank the tea I returned, which makes me think I took other people’s leftovers too. Second reason why I will never go to that place again is because I waited almost 30 minutes to get my food that was all that time on the kitchen table because they never called me, the restaurant was empty and almost closing time, I had cold bread and onion soup, the person in the kitchen was very rude.

1st time ever eating here and was disappointed. Sandwich wasn’t hot, and taste was just ok. When I walked in to pick up from the pickup area – it wasn’t there, it was next to the pick up area sitting on the counter by the employees. 1 employee walked past me twice and didn’t say a word to me, 2 or 3 in the back cooking area looked at me a few times and didn’t say anything to me, finally a gentleman, I assume a manager walked into the cooking area, saw me sitting there through the window and asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything, I told him I was picking up and he handed me my order after me and my order had both been sitting there waiting. Had anyone greeted me before the manager finally did, this experience might have gone better.
