If I lived closer, I’d drive back for the rest of my sandwich. This was my chicken salad sandwich. I live in MS and I visited the Covington, LA location on my way home. First time I’ve ever received such an bad sandwich…and I order this frequently!

I love panera bread. i’ve been going since I was little. the prices have gone up and they have gotten rid of my favorite sandwich which was a huge bummer. i do love their pumpkin muffins although they seem to never have them which always sucks because i live in hammond so i can’t get them often. i love their green tea but it taste more like a huge capri sun to me. their pizza is also good. although there salad is absolutely pitiful especially for $9. it’s literally the size of my hand. i finished it in like 2 minutes.

The Covington Panera Bread location is as good as they get! They have a friendly staff and amazing four cheese pizza that is the beat I’ve ever had. The restaurant was very clean and all COVID protocols were being implemented. I’ll definitely be back!

I am DONE with Panera Bread- as much as I love the food I am done with the Covington location- they do NOT do quality check before releasing orders- if you eat the food you better eat inside or your order will 100% be incomplete- Over and over I have given them chances and they STILL never do anything right- very frustrated and wouldn’t eat there if it was the last place to eat on earth…from leaving out cream cheese for a bagel to burning them to leaving out items always – see pic of burned bagel they sent out without cream cheese
