To add insult to injury these breakfast sandwiches are literally 3 inches. Its the same size as the bread you get on the side when you order a cafe sandwich or you pick 2.
Dont waste the money for a shitty experience and meager food.
I asked for no arugula and green goddess dressing—I get arugula and the dressing on my food. I asked for romaine lettuce and caramelized onions—I don’t get either of those.
They also never called out my order and only asked what I was waiting on after I had been standing there for ten minutes. I received the text notification that my order was ready but no one called it out and it wasn’t sitting on the counter.
However, the floors were dirty, 2 of the women’s bathroom doors didn’t close. Besides that, they didn’t have nutmeg for the coffee.
Other than that, everything was great.
Had to speak to the manager to get the metal spoon that they had plenty of.
Then he lied to the manager and said I didn’t hear him.
I only give atmosphere 3 stars because I order to-go or delivery and don’t sit in often.
The pastries and breads are gorgeous! I had the orange scone. The scone was good as it wasn’t too sweet. definitely house-made, which was great.
This was my first time consuming coffee via Panera. I am super excited to see that they offer light roast as it is my favorite brew and RARE to get at most coffee shops.
The light roast was very citrus (as described) but the chocolate notes (as described) offset the bitterness that citrus in coffee can delivery. So it was very flavorful.
The young woman at the register rushed each customer whom came in, though no line. I witnessed this as I slowly browsed the pastry and bread area next to the register. She did greet and thank everyone, but the rush and cutting all of us off at some point during our sentences wasn’t good.
Other than that, I do recommend Panera Bread on Carrollton and will return.
I placed a rapid pickup order for a baguette, and two of the employees made negative comments about the rapid pickup orders—without realizing I was standing right there waiting for the order I had just placed with the cashier. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel very disrespected as a customer
