I’ve been to that Panera twice, the 1st time I ordered a croissant bacon egg and cheese got home excited to eat it(fyi my mother got one of the bagel stacks which is a big heavy sandwich and they put my delicate croissant sandwich at the bottom so it was flat as a pancake). I thought ok I can live with that but when I unwrapped it there was sausage on it, I do not like sausage at all. I live across town so I wasn’t going back I called gave my name so next time I could get a new sandwich. The 2nd time I ordered same sandwich and they’re new croissant twists which are amazing. Got home and my sandwich was burnt and the twists were way way over baked they were hard dark and uneatable. So I won’t be going back there. Re: the pictures. The first is a picture of what they do look like because I’ve gotten them at another Panera and they looked like the picture. Then the rest were what I was given the second time. I like Panera but they’re kind of hit or miss. I’ve never written a bad review but…..

My review is based on 2 days in a row. I ordered once for delivery and went in and ate the second day. My delivery sandwich came all mangled together and the onion soup I didn’t even eat. Never order that again. And the in dining was ok. Service was good. Atmosphere was awkward. It was a quiet place until an entire group decided to come in for a meet and greet. Kids running around. Sure is family friendly I guess but wouldn’t recommend if you want something quiet. Iv been here for drive thru before which was good but I do think its a bit pricey for the food. Its soups and sandwiches and they are good but on the pricey side for just soups and sandwiches. Photo is my delivery

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste at Panera Bread. I especially want to highlight their broccoli soup, which is definitely worth trying. Their fresh bread and the sandwiches with avocado and chicken are also just great. However, there are some downsides: sometimes the sandwiches might lack ingredients, and occasionally the tables and floors aren’t very clean, which somewhat spoils the atmosphere.

Went by for a “quick” lunch in the drive thru; and to my surprise I was literally in line for 30 minutes! Not sure why they call it Fast Food when they take FOREVER! Very disappointed! $15 for a half full container of salad with half of the listed ingredients listed! ? I demand a refund!

We went through the drive through, customer service was mediocre and couldn’t understand the speaker. Placed our order for a chicken chipotle avocado sandwich without the chipotle sauce and a strawberry shake. We waited in the drive through for about 30 min and paid $20.19. We got home and opened the sandwich and the avocado was rotten. Terrible place to eat and will never go again.

I have been a regular Panera customer. SIP Cup member. It’s apart of my daily routine. Typically order is large coffee and either a sandwich or a bagel. Atmosphere at Panera is friendly and start my day. Social interaction with the employees started the happiness because this world needs some improvement.

This is the second time we order soup meals from this location and they got 1 of the soups wrong and the second time my broccoli and cheddar soup looks like the cheese in the soup is curdeld from being over heated. The texture is weird and the taste is off.

*Updated: Service has improved, but still no rapid pickup lane. Coffee hasn’t had grounds in it for a while, so that’s an improvement.* Let’s start with their decision to remove the rapid pickup lane. Now I have to wait behind everyone placing their orders, even though I planned ahead and did it online. Then, even on a slow day, it takes FOREVER to get through the line and they nearly ignore you at the window. Finally, they routinely forget items from the order even though they are checked off the receipt. Only reason that I continue going is I got suckered into the annual Sip club membership. Never again.

Blocked the plu lane because “they can’t see it” so if you make a mobile order you have to wait 20+ mins for them to help the regular drive through customers. It’s frustrating that I make a mobile order for it to just sit for 20 mins because they decided to take out the quick pick up lane

This is my second time going through this Panera and not being satisfied. The first time I got a couple breakfast sandwiches and they came with toddler sized proportions. This time I got a blueberry lemonade and got purple water. I’ve reached out to their “Customer Service” department and nothing was done. Fix your problems.
