My wife enjoys this place but I have yet to get a correct order. Usually it’s mildly close but today the entirely wrong item provided. It should not be this difficult to get the correct item. Today I’m out my time and received the nastiest looking sandwich I didn’t order. Thanks Panera for not respecting my time.

Very nice atmosphere compared to other Paneras. Bistro Onion Soup was very salty and not very nice to my palate. Cream of Broccoli was wxcellent!

This was my first time here there was so much space. It’s such a big building I did think the prices were a little high but I was able to chat with my friend. My son was able to have a mac and cheese while we chatted and I could have coffee so overall very pleased and would go here again!

Panera is always pretty consistently a good meal. I got the Autumn Squash soup and a Chicken dipper sandwich (pick 2). My only minor complaint would be the soup was a little think. I know that as the soup sits in the warmer, it’s gonna thicken up. They just need to add a little stock every now and again so it isn’t quite so thick. It was still good and I ate every bit.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a full-size chicken teriyaki warm bowl. Got mostly chicken fat and gristle and less than a 1/2 cup of rice. But, hey, I got 5 spoons! My dogs enjoyed it. It wasn’t worth me eating. I won’t be back.

THE SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH IN LINCOLN. when you watch through the window as your waiting they have no sense of urgency. Its like their just there to hang out and talk to their friends. This has happened more than once.

Ordered the steak and egg bagel which was fresh. The flavor was one note meaning there weren’t any distinctive flavors. I added salt and pepper that seemed to help it out. The staff was really nice and greeted me with smiles. The cashier kept me informed on how much longer I had to wait which ended up being about 7 minutes and I was ok with that because I knew that my sandwich was being made fresh. All the pastries looked delish but I grabbed my favorite candy cookie that never disappoints. It tastes like a yummy buttery soft sugar cookie with the candy bites. They are wonderful with hot tea or coffee. Overall this is the only spot I go to because they never disappoint.

Wow apparently I’m not a good enough customer for those little rude staff there,stood in front of cashier waiting to order and then she looks up and walks away, that is horrible horrible customer service!! These younger girls were terrible,acting like I was interrupting them,probably never go back there,not good service at all which is to bad because food is good at panera, probably won’t get a response either, which I’m pretty much sure of,and when i went in it wasn’t even busy,cant say enough about terrible service!

Haven’t eaten here in awhile but got a wild hair and ordered the new Asian salad. The food is delicious but it’s WAAAY overpriced and they are super chinsy with the condiments. Look at these salad dressings. Those 2 teaspoons are supposed to cover an entire salad?? Also, $3.50 for 7 pieces of fruit is robbery. I remember now why I stopped eating here.
