I was waiting in line for my order. There was no one at the register. I decided to use the restroom. I noticed there was a combination lock when I walked to the expediter and asked them they told me to look at my receipt for a code.. I do not like being treated like a homeless person. Or that I had to be a paying customer to use the restroom at a friendly neighborhood establishment. I took my money and business elsewhere to Tous Le Jours. I recommend others do as well.

Trash. Ordered togo pick up. With the high prices nowadays expectations have increased. $32 for a turkey bacon bravo and a Greek salad. Out of red onions on the salad. Been out of onions for days. Salad was half the size at best. Extra feta paid for. Look at the pictures for the salad and dressing. Lost a regular finally. Been trying for awhile but it’s always something

Never going back again. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese and found a toenail in it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! The manager offered a replacement but why would we want more food from an unsanitary restaurant? I can no longer patronize such a filthy location.

Panera is Panera anywhere you good. The food looks nothing like the menu photos, employees taking orders are awesome. Food prep varies, sometimes 6-7 mins sometimes 15 min. We always order the same thing. We get food there out of convenience.

I decided I wanted soup and salad for lunch today and decided to go to Panera. I really like the tomato and the baguette and usually the salad. Soup was good baguette was great, but the salad tho. On top was nice fresh crispy lettuce and below that was brown lettuce. I guess they give old lettuce to drive thru customers. I’m coming at lunch time won’t open the bag until I get back to my desk and my lunch break will be over, so I can’t come back. That is messed up. Besides shouldn’t a Greek salad have olives?

I ordered soup and a grilled cheese for pickup.when I got back to my hotel I found I received a cold container of chicken noodle soup and a semi toasted piece of bread. NO CHEESE on a GRILLED CHEESE sandwich.$18 for what amounted to store bought chicken soup and toast.

First of all, if I would have read the reviews first, I would have never ordered from this location! I spent about 30 minutes trying to use the website to place an order for delivery. The website kept kicking me out and I had to keep starting over. I called the store and asked the person who answered the phone for help and they stated they couldn’t help me with delivery only in-store orders. I tried a total of five times before the order finally went through. The stated delivery time was incorrect, and the message stated there was a delay. I was checking the Ring camera doorbell for the order and noticed that when the driver finally arrived, the driver touched the Ring doorbell once, but didn’t actually ring the doorbell, then the driver left $67 worth of food on the step in the hot sun and drove off!!!! When I looked through the camera to check if the order had been delivered, there were flies trying to get into the bag! I WAS PISSED!!!! The driver was an older woman who apparently didn’t know how to use a Ring doorbell, and looked like she was having a bad day. I called Panera, and pressed the option for delivery issues. The person that answered the phone was very dismissive and stated she would call Grub Hub although I told her I placed the order on the Panera website. I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager. It was the same woman who answered for delivery with the same dismissive- I have better things to do than listen to my complaint attitude. I didn’t appreciate her attitude and let her know it.I also told her that I didn’t appreciate paying $67 for flies to enjoy my meal. She hung up on me twice while I was speaking to her. I called her back a third time (actually a fourth time because I had initially spoken to her when I had issues placing the order) and we had a yelling match. She ended up refunding my money. Both the driver and this manager should be fired, especially after reading the other reviews! I was calling from out-of-state, but if I lived there, I would NEVER go to this location! I told her I was going to write a letter about my experience, and she was quick to add she would write a rebuttal. Have fun writing your rebuttal. Please note, YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!!! By the way, this was the Saddle Creek location.

Ordered to-go for a fundraiser. Honestly, I don’t think the food quality is worth the price. First of all, they were out of so many things. Every single kind of bagel except sesame? And this was me checking at 11am this morning. And no tomatoes or everything bagel seasoning? As someone who’s worked in fast food before, I don’t know how a store runs out of so many items so quickly. The lady who was behind the counter was very nice though :). But anyway, my $13 sandwich seemed very thrown together and in a very big disarray. Barely any bacon and it was just seemed not very good quality for Panera marketing a higher quality of food than fast food. And the baguette chunk that was the side was just thrown in the bottom. No wrapping or anything? Maybe it was the dinner rush, but overall, just low quality food for the price it cost. The wait time was fine. It tasted fine after I added my own stuff at home. I would only come here for bagels if they have any available.

Frustrating breakfast visit. I so want this Panera to be great, but It’s just not, after trying several visits. Espresso drinks are barely above room temperature and my natal was packaged so that the napkin couldn’t be peeled off.

The same great food made from the freshest ingredients that we love Panera for! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was yelling in the cafe because some system was down and the text notification did not work.
