The same great food made from the freshest ingredients that we love Panera for! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was yelling in the cafe because some system was down and the text notification did not work.

Here here! I agree. Panera needs new regional management, not just a manager. These stores use to be the place for coffee, meetings, and just having a good meal in a nice neighborhood hang out.

The customer service and professionalism at this establishment is lack luster. There was no one working the driverthru, we simply needed to pick up an online order and had to call the store 3 times in order to get acknowledged. Then when “the manager” finally came to the window he was rude and did not even allow me to explain the situation and admitted that no one was wearing a headset.

Yogurt fruit to go was awful. Super small for the price it’s insane. Such a waste of money

Visiting from out of town. Probably the weakest Panera food ever. Cinnamon roll had raw dough. Frontega chicken was missing ingredients and didn’t taste the same as the dozens of other times I’ve had it. The agave lemonade was extremely watered down. Smoothies and iced drinks were not available. Drive through worker laughed at us.

Don’t bother coming here. Took a full hour from parking until leaving with my takeout. I ordered two “pick two” meals. Lots of stuff was out of stock and the sandwich I did get was extremely bland and underwhelming; I ended up throwing it away. It was also weirdly warm and humid inside making it very suffocating to stand inside to wait. The staff I interacted with were nice though. Overall, very underwhelming and took so long for paying almost $30.

I went through the drive through to order a drink, and the line was long. An employee came all the way outside to bring me my drink so that i did not have to wait in line. Great customer service, made my day

Place needs real management. Always a cluster inside and the kitchen has a extremely salty attitude. SMILE, it’s FREE!

Panera Bread. The epitome of everything that is wrong with modern suburban culture. This location must be too far from single use suburban neighborhoods to function properly because today, when trying to order a BLT, at 11 AM, they were out of bacon AND tomatoes…. They are consistently “out of” basic ingredients they could pick up across the street at Walmart. I’m convinced there is no store manager because honestly the appropriate response to having no ingredients before lunchtime is to just close the store. Panera tries to create an upbeat and happy atmosphere with fun signs, nice decor, and trendy indie pop music, but the fact that they don’t care about their employees and the employees don’t care about anything is blatantly obvious and ruins any enjoyment you might have in the restaurant. Do not recommend supporting this business.
