I regularly visit this location but I think this was the last time. I know things are expensive these days and I like the food enough to justify the cost to myself. However, over 6 dollars for a cup of soup that isn’t even half full (ordered a cup not a bowl, and the cup size was half full) and to have banana peppers sticking out of my grilled cheese isn’t cool. Made the whole sandwich taste off. Attached is the photo of the soup and some of the peppers I was able to pick out.
You’re better off at another location or maybe wait until an off hour.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Went through the drive through and this blonde lady stood there with my food. But I had to lean basically all the way out of my car to grab it. She rolled her eyes at me and told me to have a good day in the most sarcastic rude voice I’ve ever heard. Y’know the only interaction some people have with other people is when theyre ordering/picking up food. I understand having a bad day. But do not take it out on customers. I’m having a terrible life at the moment and I don’t take it out on other people. I’m polite and nice to even people I don’t know. What happened to good customer service? Management. Train your employees better.

I Ordered through the app, couldn’t select extra ice for the tea. Get to the drive through windows and asked for extra ice and was I told the drink was already made, no offer to make it right. Get my stuff from the rude blonde lady everyone is talking about, her name is Kat. Drive off only to find out an item was missing, no knife for the cream cheese, no napkins and the bagel wasn’t even cut in half. I went back through the line to deal with the sarcastic blonde lady who tells me, oh, we don’t have that item (that I paid for through the app). I said we’ll I paid for it and was told you have to deal with the app. She never bothered to mention they didn’t have the item when I picked up my order. I don’t know how she continues to have a job there and she’s been there a long time. My last trip to that place.

Really disappointed in the food I received for the price I paid. The food tasted good and the delivery was fine, I also understand paying more for delivery. My French onion soup did not come with croutons which is one of my favorite parts. I also got like 5 pieces of shredded cheese in it. The top of my sandwich must’ve been sliced so thin, it broke in half and my toppings were coming out from the center. I worked at Panera many years ago and this was not the quality we served.

came through the drive through around 4 pm today, while we were trying to order the lady kept cutting us off and was being super impatient which was frustrating. there was a blonde lady at the window who was rude and had no service skills at all. she opened the window and reached for form of payment. no greeting or even a smile… then proceeds to slam the window.. i get people have bad days and don’t want to work holidays but why have a job that’s open on holidays if you don’t want to work them? why take it out on the people who give you business? i have no idea what happened to customer service nowadays but this is unacceptable! we were having a great day too it’s super disappointing because when she handed us our food there was still no “have a good day” or “happy new years” not even a smile and she BARLEY looked at us; just glanced. as someone who works in service this is embarrassing. After seeing some other reviews seems like this place might just have bad management and that’s why they get away with these kind of things..!

I don’t generally rate places I’ve been to unless they’re really good or really bad. This one is really good. The people are professional and the customer service is amazing. The food is truly fantastic, and the atmosphere does not give the feeling of a run of the mill fast food place. I like to drop by Panera for a study session with their strawberry-banana smoothie and a chocolate croissant. Excellent on all accounts. Please tip the staff!

I’ve been going to Panera semi frequently since they opened in Omaha. I got a Green Goddess Caprese Melt sandwich with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup this time and everything was made really well and was delicious! Of course I also had to have the iced green tea, which as usual was tasty and refreshing.
The employees were nice, though quite slow with everything that particular day. The sit by the fireplace was nice on a cool evening.

Went through drive through food was great service was not good at all. It took the employee 2-3 minutes to answer. The employee cutting me off after each item. I was in line for about 10 minutes or so after I ordered. I don’t know if I’ll come back or not.

I don’t even know where to begin with this train wreck of a visit. We ordered one sliced, untoasted Asiago bagel at 12:44 PM. Not a sandwich. Not soup. Not something that takes prep time. Just a bagel that was already sitting there, fully baked, waiting to be handed over.
And yet my husband waited sixteen full minutes…SIXTEEN…while Panera employees wandered around in slow motion, apparently baffled by the concept of grabbing a bagel.
He finally had to ask for a manager just to get someone to notice. And the grand solution? They handed over the bagel with a flat “sorry.” That’s it. No explanation, no sense of urgency, no accountability, just an empty apology after wasting a quarter of an hour on something that should’ve taken thirty seconds. Had he not asked to speak to a manager, he probably would’ve had to wait for thirty minutes.
I wouldn’t wait that long at McDonald’s, Taco Bell, or literally any fast food restaurant and those places actually have to cook things! But waiting sixteen minutes for an untoasted bagel at Panera, where the bagels are already made and sitting out in plain sight? That’s downright comical.
Honestly, it felt like an experiment in how little effort a business can put in before a customer gives up. If this is what Panera calls service now, I’d hate to see what happens when someone orders a full meal. This place has completely lost the plot and my business. I will NEVER return.
