I didn’t get told my total while ordering in drive thru. I also didn’t get a receipt with my purchase. Do you always put sweet bagels in the same bag as savory bagels? Do you not offer complimentary cream cheeses anymore? If not, why aren’t associates upsetting, offering choices. I tried calling but y’all also don’t pick up. Happy Friday the 13th!

Apparently they only make enough food for their online orders. Showed up on Christmas Eve an hour and a half after them opening and wanted to order some bagels, was told that all the bagels that were on display was reserved for their online orders and that I couldn’t even have one of them. Last year I paid for a soufflé, when I didn’t receive it I went back to the counter for it and was told that it was given to someone in the drive through and that they didn’t have anymore left. Went to the papillion store and had great service and a lot of bagels and soufflés. Not going to bother going back to the Bellevue store.

I love Paneras soup and me and my man been sick with Influenza A so we decided to stop by and grab some in the drive thru real quick, everything went pretty smooth, only complaint is they rushed us out of the drive thru and I realized I didn’t get my drink. So we had to go back around and go inside sick to get the drink we paid for and had to spread out germs bc they didn’t have the drink prepped they just handed over the cup for us to deal with ourselves. Kinda Annoying to have to get our drink ourselves when they are getting paid and we are sick and don’t wanna get other people sick….foods good tho

I really wish you guys would go back to putting the little piece of cardboard under your warm sandwiches, every single time we order the Chipotle Chicken Avacado melt the bottom is soggy and absolutely disgusting, they were never like that when the cardboard was underneath.
Resteraunt and women’s bathroom were messy and no one was cleaning up. No need for that as they were not busy!

Where to begin, I come every single day as apart of sips club, the line is always long and the service is always mediocre but they always seem to have staff, inside is usually pretty clean but again the service and rude service, and the constant mess ups and uneducated with the system and members. Came and got a black tea with 4 sugars, I got a black coffee, drove back around and then they gave me a black tea with bits of what I was told by the manager Shannon were pieces of chicken, then after 44 minutes! I finally got my drink and again it was wrong, ended up causing a little of a scene and asking for it made correctly and finally after almost and hour I got my black tea and a “coupon” for the trouble.

Where is the staff? There were three of you when I pulled up to the window and all of you ran off just cause you didn’t want to be the one to help the customer at the window… Your food quality is underwhelming and your service is also underwhelming. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of individuals who work at the store or if it’s the atmosphere that Panera wants to portray… By the way, three of the items I asked about, were not even in stock… All of them menu items. Talk about letdown, badly done.

My ordered is messed up every time. I’m attempted for convenience I order online or drive thru, and it’s always made wrong. The process to call and let this be corrected is an hours long task and nearly impossible to complete. I don’t understand how you mess up EVERY ORDER.

WHY, OH WHY is the air-conditioning in this place set to somewhere between “meat freezer” and “igloo”? Holy crap — I have to bring a jacket in the dead of Summer just to sit comfortably for more than 5 minutes in there. That aside, many of the staff are wonderful, especially in the morning shift.

I would steer clear of this location. I understand that Panera is not the typical fast food restaurant and there might be a brief wait but today I was told that there was a 25 minute wait in the drive through line because there was a lot of orders on the screen!? Panera, your system is flawed!!! I told the gal that I just wanted a cup of soup and that didn’t matter. I was still going to be a 25 minute.

There was a problem with my order because they didn’t have romaine lettuce for a salad. I was asked to replace it and requested mixed greens only to have no greens or lettuce in my salad. No one thought to check with me to make sure I wanted a salad without the salad. Very disappointing
