Not sure why, but the food today seemed very different than usual. The soup was not hot,the pepperoni cheese melt was flavorless. It tasted like pizza sauce from a jar and cheese wasn’t even melted. The restaurant dining area wasn’t very clean either. The service was fast and staff friendly.

After driving over 700 miles, there is something especially wonderful about ordering through the Panera app to have food ready in 10 minutes. Everything was good and fresh, too. My son had macaroni and cheese and chips, while I had the Green Goddess salad and my husband had Asian Chicken salad. We split a brownie, too, which was great. No pictures of our meal. Sometimes, you just need to dig in and eat!

I love Panera Bread but, this branch is horrible. I’ve given them multiple chances to improve but they keep getting worse. This time I ordered on line thinking they couldn’t get it wrong. Ha ha. I ordered the bagel pack with 6 plain, 6 cinnamon swirl with plain cream cheese, 4 cookies, med sandwich, and frotega sandwich. I received bagel pack 6 plain, 6 cinnamon crunch, 2 plain cream cheese, frotega chicken sandwich and chicken salad sandwich. I will be calling the manager in the morning. I have ever had any trouble with the Maize or Rock branch and will probably use them in the future.

Super nice staff clean and friendly atmosphere. Got there about 930 AM wanted to try something on their breakfast menu. Waited about 20 minutes to get my order so if you’re in a hurry might not be the place for a quick breakfast. My sandwich was a little dry and warm at best also a little expensive when you can go other places for the same price get a lot more extras. I will give them another try for since this was my first breakfast experience.

This particular location is very airy and welcoming, the staffing seems very appropriate so our service was quick and efficient. The floors were a bit sticky, and that’s been out experience with other Paneras so it may be they need to switch their floor cleaner.

Is typical of Panera, The food was good but not amazing and seems overpriced. I went with my elderly mother, and the employee named Alex was fantastic and quite patient and extremely helpful. What a doll they were! Thank you, Aex! And I can’t forget to mention Larry, who works behind the counter and was very gracious and made me laugh at a time when I really needed that.

Alexis at this Panera is honestly one of the best and most hard working employees I’ve ever met! Honestly the whole Tuesday morning crew is amazing. Alexis was handling a HUGE line of people alone while everyone else was filling orders and was doing a fabulous job. She was polite, fast , and has a great sense of humor. Go to this panera for the best service and bagels
