From the looks of reviews on the internet I guess this is the norm for panera, I had not ordered a salad there before and probably won’t again. Ordered a half salad, what they show what you get for a $10.00 half salad and what I got is two different things. On the menu it aays $7 for a half but that is if you get a pick two which i could have gotten for like a $1 more. The bread i got with it was almost bigger then the salad.

Good food. But it’snot worth the price? 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, 2 drinks, and 1 cookie for $35. If I haven’t gone to Panera in a while, this always remindes me why I don’t go. Even the food is decent, it’s not worth the price they charge.

THIS LOCATION NEEDS HELP, VERY BAD QUALITY, ordered again today and still issues. Nobody even contacted me about the last time when I originally posted this like apparently they don’t care they just charge their money and you send out whatever they want to. I am so frustrated and appalled, Back months ago on two separate occasions, I ordered the chicken Fontega With arugula, Arugula is on the list of things you can add so the first time they were out so they just added lettuce without even consulting me. They just did whatever they wanted to do. The second time they didn’t have it so like I should because I didn’t get what I was paying for or what I wanted. I called the manager sent me a thing in the mail for $15 in August tonight I went into the store and ordered it just came from the dentist get all the way home and get relaxed to eat my food and they put two little pieces of arugula on the sandwich. All three times my order was messed up due to arugula like I am confused if you don’t want to put it on sandwiches when people request it why is it on your menu? Arugula is not expensive but if you had a cost for it, I would’ve paid it to be sure I got it. I’m really confused on what is so hard about putting something on a sandwich not one but three times now this is why it took so long for me to go back in and in order food from there this is ridiculous really Panera arugula is it that hard I spend a lot of money with this place something so simple and they cannot get it right three times now in a row

Highly don’t recommend the bread bowls if you want it to hold soup. Whoever wraps the bread bowls clearly does not care about their job. Both bowls in my order are ripped in multiple spots down the sides & obviously can’t be used to hold soup. ♀️

Food was picked up over an hour after ordered by the delivery driver. Paid $20 for bagel sandwich and bagel with cream cheese…and waited an hour and 12 minutes for it. Food was not hot. Not sure why, but the food today seemed very different than usual. The soup was not hot,the pepperoni cheese melt was flavorless. It tasted like pizza sauce from a jar and cheese wasn’t even melted. The restaurant dining area wasn’t very clean either. The service was fast and staff friendly.

Well this was my first and likely my last time going to Panera Bread. Did online drive thru order and it wasn’t ready on time, 15 minutes late and I didn’t get the drink I ordered. The food tast good but for the cost its not worth it.

Had a sandwich, the lettuce was wilted and sandwich wasn’t very good. So disappointed. I keep giving them a chance and it keeps getting worse. Not to mention if I pay $10 for a sandwich and it doesn’t have fresh ingrediants. I had a sandwich, chips, drink, and four cookies for my co-workers $32. That is crazy and not have fresh veggies. The staff seemed annoyed I asked for my drink they forgot to give me and I paid $3 for it.

Super nice staff clean and friendly atmosphere. Got there about 930 AM wanted to try something on their breakfast menu. Waited about 20 minutes to get my order so if you’re in a hurry might not be the place for a quick breakfast. My sandwich was a little dry and warm at best also a little expensive when you can go other places for the same price get a lot more extras. I will give them another try for since this was my first breakfast experience.
