The food is always good, but the drive thru is probably the slowest drive thru in existence. I still use it (because I apparently haven’t learned my lesson). But I always wait between 10-20min in the line after I order. I’m not sure why it’s this way, but I would highly recommend either not using the drive thru if you’re in a hurry, or Panera training their staff how to speed up their processes.

I was having a pretty rough day and went to this location for some food after work, and the workers were all extremely kind to me. I placed my order and it came within 10 minutes, and an employee put a surprise cookie in it which made my week. Amazing employees and lovely environment, definitely recommend.

The service was excellent!!! The food was good. However, you don’t get much for the amount you charge. The sandwich was small and I think I may have received one scoop of Mac and Cheese which was mostly sauce and it was luke warm.

Even though the manager was running the place like general Patton. And doing an awesome job. It still took 40 minutes for me to get a single Margarita Pizza. I understand having lots of personnel and that can be a good thing but as the saying goes too many cooks in the kitchen can spoil the broth. In this case there were so many people in that kitchen I don’t know how they had room to do anything or understood what anything was. I watched as they got someone’s food wrong as I was waiting and they kept saying what food they needed but alas it did not come. Lots of activity seems to equal lots of confusion.
