This is a good restaurant. The parking lot is a little tight right around the restaurant, but there’s more parking down the hill. The food is good just took a little while for them to prepare even though they weren’t very busy. It’s a large dining room for lots of seats. It’s a nice place for breakfast.

This review goes straight to the Manager of this place.

– this is a common food-safety issue when gloves are handled incorrectly.

I noticed front cashier this morning put on gloves without washing their hands first and touched multiple surfaces while handling the gloves then proceeded to serve the bakery item which defeats the purpose of wearing them. It would be much more sanitary to use tongs when serving bakery items. It’s cleaner, and prevent direct contact with food.

I have a very sensitive stomach so I eat salads and I was lucky enough to have a Panera in walking distance from my job. I walk here everyday and I always get attitudes and can never get my questions answered correctly I was told I can’t use my rewards until the system updates the reward I choose. I said so I need to accept my reward in the morning and then hope that it’s ready to use by my lunch???? She said correct.. I thought once I click the reward I can use it?? The cashier was actually the one who clicked on it then told me next time you can use it so I had to pay full price. I unfortunately will keep coming back I just miss my old Panera at the town center location they were AWESOME!

Every time I go here the order is wrong! Apparently, reading is not a requirement to work at this restaurant. For the price that we are all paying for food these days, they could get the order correct.

This is literally the WORST Panera. The women in the morning are too busy worrying about their stories to each other to focus on customers. They were making their own drinks and all while waiting on my food, however when I asked for my drink they told me they had to hand it to me WITH my food. What?! As opposed to if I came in they would have handed me my cup to get my drink. Make it make sense. They are always extremely rude and condescending. I stopped coming here for awhile and tried again and same results. It costs too much to be treated like crap to continue to come back when there are so many other places that would welcome my $$.

But- Even during winter, when it’s 22 degrees outside, their air conditioner continues to run. I hope the home office manager addresses this issue. Otherwise it is great please to eat!

No matter what time of day I go the drive thru takes forever. I could have 1 car in front and still be waiting in line for 10 min for a reg pick 2 with no modifications. I would be better off at Chikfila

I watched the worker drop my bagel on the floor and then she preceded to pick it up and put it in a bag and give it to me. Also took probably 10 minutes for one bagel and it was not busy at all.

Mac and cheese was room temp and mushy. Broccoli cheddar soup was as thick as oatmeal. The highpoint was the baguette. It was so slow I figured the good should be perfect. Not so. I’ll drive further to the Toen Center location.

Today I was there for lunch and noticed a very nasty situation. The kitchen employee was pouring green sauce into small plastic cups without gloves, and the most interesting thing is that she wiped the remaining sauce on her fingers on the plastic cups and also wiped her fingers inside a large bowl with sauce. I really loved this place, I liked the cream soup and salads there. What I saw does not give me peace. Dear managers, you can check it was about 2:15-20:30 pm. This is a place not only for good reviews but also for the truth. I do not want to offend anyone, I just wrote what I saw. I think that bare fingers have no place in dishes.
