Order ahead if you plan to get pre-work breakfast or if you’re in a hurry. They are very busy filling big online orders and seem understaffed for accommodating the dine in patrons. Had to wait 30 minutes for a latte, which included their time to clean the machine. My breakfast sandwich was long gone before I finally got my coffee. Or, drink the brewed coffee instead!

A pretty typical location except that there seems to be an issue with the AC system because there are several portable units set up. The staff was very friendly and the food, though it took a little while, was great. There was a good selection of bakery items—this was especially nice because some locations seem to run low in the afternoon.

Might want to call in your order, walked in to the Lawrence location. It was rather busy! It’s an over priced sandwich restaurant. I had waited already 10 minutes just to order and no one in line has moved. There were 3 ladies working in this site, no one came to the counter as customers continued to wait. No one acknowledged the customers so I left. Please help your business by hiring more people!

I don’t get what is so great about their food. Someone wanted to meet there for lunch. Got the smokey buffalo chicken sandwich. There was nothing smokey about the chicken and the drizzle of buffalo sauce was a joke. Then I tried the Napa Almond Chicken sandwich. Worse than the buffalo. The mayo was watery and had no flavor. I have never like Panera food and this confirmed it.

This panera is one of the best ones I’ve ever set foot in. Lady told me my broccoli cheese would b 15 mins I said aiight. It came out super hot fresh n like 8 mins. Everything is fresh. People r nice and down to earth. Plenty of drinks . really big space. I believe theres patio seating on front and back . I will continue coming back. Check the pics.
