Pretty typical Panera with the standard offerings and cafe atmosphere. They made a mistake on my order, and staff were somewhat rude and unpleasant when I let them know to try and get it corrected. Service isn’t the most friendly or attentive, but I guess that is to be expected.

Panera is my favorite restaurant, but my experience here today was the best I’ve experienced. It was tidy, easy to order, & quick. Not only were the drink contraptions filled, but my usual salad tasted better than most visits, same goes for the chocolate croissant I ordered later on. Big thanks to the cashier for the night, he did great and was very nice! 5/5

This is one of the worst Panera Breads in the area, the staff is always rude and never at the registers, it’s impossible to get someone to actually help and they’re always late with their orders. One of the staff members got snippy with me today for trying to pick up my order after I got tired of waiting for someone to come give me assistance. Go to the one on Metcalf instead of this place.

Visited the Panera in Liberty MO. Went in the afternoon on a Sunday and they still had fresh pastries ! Great atmosphere to meet friends for fun food and time together! Highly recommend this place.

Zero attempts at any sort of customer connection. Payed $30 for a skimpy bowl of salad and soup and a chicken teriyaki bowl. Payed $6 for the smoothie alone which they could not even fill up properly. Food is always tasty but portion sizes are ridiculous
