Wasn’t impressed! Food wasn’t that good. Employees never changed they gloves. Saw one scoop up tuna salad and put it in her hand then put it on the bread. Another employee had to change the paper out of the printer the entire time wearing gloves then goes right back to serving food like nothing happened. I was very disgusted. For Mac and cheese and half a cesser salad it took well over 20 mins for my order. It wasn’t even that busy to have wait times like that. Won’t be back

Ke’arra is the best! I eat lunch there almost everyday and she already knows my pastry choices and how I like my order! I had lost my wallet and she made sure to check on me the visits that came after to see if I ever found it. ( which I did) I loved how she remembered and asked if I was ok and if I had found it! She’s a very sweet young lady!! Who should get a raise!! lol

Worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Placed a “rapid” order an hour prior to pick up. App said my order would be ready at 12:17 pm. They didn’t have my order ready until 12:40 pm. Not one apology or acknowledgement of my wasted time. There were many angry people waiting along side me. I’d like to say this is the first time this has happened, but it’s not. I haven’t been to this location in years because this same thing happened the last time I was there. Hoped this time would be different. Food was subpar as well.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I work for doordash. I simply asked if my order way ready, because it said ready on Paneras status display. Jenny a Panera employee. hatefully snapped at me with attitude after Rolling her eyes and said “I told you already it’s not ready, damn you don’t gotta be so impatient, you ain’t even a customer. after I kindly asked her where I could find my order that said ready to pick up. She then pointed to where her manager was because I ask to speak to him after her snide and rude remarks. I was simply relating to the manager what had happened and she kept spouting off spouting off being very rude to me commenting after I’m just trying to talk to the manager where he said nothing in return to me. His only response, was to her and said” just to walk away”. But not before she said one last time to my sarcastically your not even a customer and I said yes I am and she said no you’re not. The manager did nothing. No apology, nothing. So I returned my order to the pick up table and refused to deliver.

I work at a nearby health facility. I figured 15 min was long enought to order a sandwich and little treat to take to-go on lunch break. Waited a very long time. Told them I needed to leave and needed to cancel the order, but I would take the pastry if they were able to grab that. They would not get the pastry (they said, “we don’t do that”), so I left hungry and empty handed. Did not get a text saying my order was ready until over 10 more minutes later when I was already back to work (Hopefully I can still expect my $17 refund). Fast food quality with a high ticket price and longer wait for food than most sit-down restuarants would be after ordering freshly cooked food. Will not be back any time soon.

Note: google says “Live: Less busy than usual” so I suppose it could take longer than 25-30 min to get food ona “normal” day

This is simply a bathroom review… Using the toilet & the gap is so large. I can see myself in the mirror above the sink. Damn … Good thing I’m not a shy toilet user. Great view of people using the sink & they have a great view of me using the toilet

Zero attempts at any sort of customer connection. Payed $30 for a skimpy bowl of salad and soup and a chicken teriyaki bowl. Payed $6 for the smoothie alone which they could not even fill up properly. Food is always tasty but portion sizes are ridiculous
