Thank you to Michelle and her team today and every day! The best reason to come to Panera is the atmosphere and the service. The second best is the quality and new flavors they’re offering. Especially the Asiago sticks- a perfect snack or complement.

It’s rare that I leave a negative review because people have bad days things happen but I want to say that this is a very poorly run establishment. The manager is absolutely inadequate. Just ordering the food on the website was a terrible experience and then I paid for double meat on both my sandwiches and did not get it and he insisted that I did. It was just very very unpleasant. The food was not good. The place was dirty and he was rude. I will never go back to the Panera on 75th and Antioch again

This is not about the food. This is about the interior of the building. The walls are dirty. The bathroom is dirty and when I mentioned it, it took two days to clean it. It’s very outdated. Looks like it was remodeled maybe 40 or 50 years ago! The chairs are always mixed up. Nothing matches the tables are dirty. I don’t think I’m coming here anymore unless it’s for Carry out.

Came in On a Sunday evening 2 hours before close. Could not find an employee so we ordered on the kiosk. To sum it up we got a half made salad. A cold sandwich and soup and 2 cold coffees that I had to ask the staff for 3 times before any of them would look for it. I like Panera but will never go to this location again. Staff was rude and food was old. Veggies in salad were mushy and wilted. Staff loudly complained every time someone came in and complained about the way we were eating and talking.

I notice that Restaurants don’t clean or shine their door handles and door windows. To me that’s also important. Otherwise, the food and service is good.

Love this Panera! It is set back aways from the street, so some may not see it readily. We went for lunch, and all the employees were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was tasty. Had the toasted caprese sandwich with an apple. I forgot how large they are, so I ended up taking half of it home. Next time maybe I’ll order a half or split it with someone. Highly recommend this location.

Always impressed with this location. I have them cater to my employer quite frequently and they have done a great job every time. They even take the time to call if something isn’t available for the delivery and fix the issue. The customer service is awesome as well, they always deliver with a smile and are prompt on the requested delivery time. Keep up the good work!
