Always a great spot! Whenever I have a meeting with someone, I normally come here. Staff is super patient and very helpful with suggestions. Always clean and well kept. Food is fresh and delicious. Great selection of drinks. All the good stuffs.

The food is generally good and predictable. I don’t know what is wrong with the training the bagel person(s) got but the holes are massive. Do not get a bagel here, there’s barely any bagel to spread cream cheese on!

I was very surprised and disappointed. Right off the bat the lady that waited on me was cold and borderline rude. Which took me back. There was only me and one other customer. I only ordered 6 bagels and a cup of coffee but it was evidently a lot of work for her. I didn’t even have her cut them.

The first time I came here my expensive sandwich had so little meat on it that I had to open the sandwich to find it. The second time I came in I ordered a bagel bc you can’t mess that up. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES to get my bagel AND the staff was not only rude when I asked but then set it on the counter without calling my name so it wasn’t until I went to ask AGAIN that she said, it’s there. I asked if she called my name to which she responded, “I don’t know” well done panera. it’s sad when you can mess up someone’s experience ordering a bagel.
