Very disappointed over all! Most of the tables were dirty, trash cans were all full and dirty dishes were piled up. There was one lady that was super nice I was unable to get her name. The other two employees both male seemed to he inconvenienced by the customers. I personally ordered the Tomatoe soup bowl and a Frontega sandwhich which were very good. I will be heating my soup up later. He ordered the pepperoni pizza and the New Pepperoni Sandwhich. The Pepperoni Sandwhich was a generous size of bread but the toppings were non existant he even paid for extra cheese. We will definitely not be returning to this location again.

It was a great meal. We went there dinner time. Most sweet treats are almost gone. Food was hot and delicious when served. We didn’t have to wait too long. Quick service. Staff are nice too. I love their chicken sandwich. Would definitely come back again.

Outstanding lunch! Highly efficient and friendly staff! The building was clean inside and out! The food was the same as any other location and tasted great! Easy location to get to from the main roads! Not a lot of parking so be ready if you’re in a large vehicle! Enjoy!

This location is fantastic. It has an awesome balcony. That’s never crowded most of the time and it’s actually nice and quiet central to the interstate whether you’re going from Johnson County downtown vice versa or to the airport as a lifetime Kansas City resident I come to this location juxtapose Lenexa if I’m in the area because I honestly like it better great staff bathrooms are always clean, sometimes it gets a little crazy but what honestly, what Panera doesn’t get busy on the daily!!

We enjoyed lunch that included a green goddess Cobb salad with chicken and a roasted turkey & avocado BLT. The food was great and very substantial for lunch. We also got great service from the associate who was circulating throughout the dining area cleaning tables and checking on customers. There’s a nice variety of beverages as well, and the iced coffee was excellent!

Strange visit at a Panera. I stopped at 8:05 am and they were out of all coffees except decaf. A woman brought out hazelnut after a few minutes. After waiting 12 minutes for either dark or light roast, I asked an employee when coffee was coming. She went back to the drive up and got me some coffee. Unfortunately, the people waiting in line with me were not so fortunate.
