I enjoy eating at Panera. The service could use improvement. The people behind the counters aren’t very friendly, and I wonder if it is because they don’t speak English very well or understand it. This won’t stop me from returning because I enjoy the food. And, the bread is to die for!

I have gone in there multiple times with my family and every time we go in our drink carrier collapses. Spend the extra nickel and get stronger carriers, the customers should be worth it. The employees are very nice though which is why we come back.

I have been going to this Panera in and off for 15 years; and the one constant is Roberto, the man who cleans and keeps the place going. He’s had a smile on his face every time I’ve been there, and even though I don’t know much Spanish, he has always tried to make me feel welcome. Best Panera in the city!

Service is spotty, Sometimes good but sometimes you can’t get a person to talk to you. Food is great. Restaurant seems clean. I suggest that you order online and just pick up rather than try to get a person on a register.

The chicken noodle soup is so salty you can barely eat it. Every time I get the soup it’s like this, so this wasn’t a one off our food doesn’t need to be packed with salt and sodium that is not healthy.
