We visit often and order mainly during breakfast hours. Employees are always helpful. Sassy at the front counter is always kind and keeps us up to date of any menu changes or limited time specials. Josh comes out from the kitchen every often to ask us how our day is going. Everyone there makes us feel like family!

The kiosk was extremely dirty, I almost left then. The entire restaurant was extremely dirty. I saw an employee checking tables, wipe crumbs off on the floor, no rag, no cleaning supplies. He picked up dirty dishes, then went behind the serving front counter. The floor was the first thing I noticed after the kiosk.
The bread bowl I received , the top piece was almost frozen, I assume the whole thing was because my soup was cold. The bread was great!
I wish I could say something good… ok… here we go….

While food is good employees are lazy and either can’t or won’t do their jobs properly. More than half the time the board will say my order is ready and yet they never call it out, they will literally let it sit behind service counter until you get fed up and actually ask where it is. If I were manager here entire staff would be fired and replaced

Do you know what I love? I love nothing more than a great restroom. Thankfully Panera never disappoints. The Branson Panera was beautiful providing a sense of awe and release. I especially loved the little shelf next to the toilet (though I have no idea what it is for. Maybe a cell phone holder?).
I also really love the metal plate behind the urinal. One could only assume this is there for the drunken men who wander off the streets who use this restroom and as they use the urinal (and miss), the pee runs easily down the wall and does not ruin the beautiful tile.
Though my experience using the restroom was five stars, I do need to take away half a star because it was a little dirty.

This Panera is the best Panera in the whole country. The customer service from Josh, the manager was Stellar. He went above and beyond to make panara bread experience amazing with how kind and considerate And also helpful he is.
And let me tell you they were busy, busy busy.
But manager Josh Took the ball by the horns and Took Care Of, everybody in a timely manner.
Definitely will come back to this location. Next time we visit. Awesome Experience!

There were a lot of unhappy customers this afternoon for some reason and the place really wreaked of ‘we don’t care’
Dirty bathroom, overflowing dish bowls by trash emptying area, empty and dirty looking tea cooler, staff that made you feel like you were there for their convenience.
Management needs to step in. The change of location a few years back can’t have been cheap. There’s good profit opportunity in this location but only if your step up your game

Our food was prepared relatively quickly and correctly. I ordered from my phone and was texted that I had to come up to the window to get my food instead of an associate bringing it to our table. We had a gift card that the app wouldn’t recognize.
