I took a to go order for dinner so I can’t speak for the atmosphere and ambience. However, the Cashier was very friendly and accommodating. The service was very quick I got my order in 3 minutes! I ordered the 2 option – got half a bowl of Mediterranean chicken and half a classic cheese sandwich with a French baguette. Everything tasted warm and fresh! The only comment I have is the Greek yogurt and hummus on the side in the bowl is minuscule amount, and definitely needs more of it compared to the white rice.

Placed a online order at approximately 12:30 for 1 pm pickup ( small order of soup and sandwich) yes I did arrive a few minutes early and was understanding that I may have to wait a few minutes. Order was finally given to me at approximately 1:10. But when people are walking in and placing orders for carry out as well as dine in and getting their orders and leaving or setting down and eating as I still wait are unacceptable! The manager was unapologetic and basically ignored me and the situation. Obviously customer service is lacking here so looks like McAllister’s will be getting our money moving forward.

Stopped in while on a road trip. We needed a restroom break as well, and since there was a line we headed there first. The bathroom was so dated, broken, and dirty that we walked out without ever even ordering. I can’t comment on the food, and it may very well be great (The line of people waiting to order seems to be a good indicator) but I won’t ever know based on a very poor first impression.

Placed a rapid pick-up for a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt around 3pm. I customized my order by removing a couple things. My order was 100% correct, ready a few minutes before projected time, & tasted perfect. I love Panera’s quickness no matter if I’m dining in or picking up & their food consistently looks/tastes great each time. I just wish we had one more location closer to north end or Savannah area.

I don’t know if I’ve ever posted a bad review; but this place warrants one so here it goes. My first review. I’ve never had such a terrible Panera experience and am regretting not going to McAlisters Deli down the street. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich; first two bites were plain bread. Not ideal; but I like focaccia bread so I ate it. After opening up the sandwich I saw one lump of what looked like canned chicken. I tried to spread it out, but it didn’t work. Put the sandwich back together and took a bite. Chicken was just a lump of cold gristle. So gross. As you can see, it ended up on my plate. And yes, that’s the entirety of the chicken on half the sandwich. Opened the second half, one lump of chicken at the front, and an avacado lump at the back. So it’s definitely not chicken and avocado it’s more like chicken OR avocado. Then, my daughter opened her sandwich. It was supposed to be a turkey and avocado BLT. One lump of chicken and it felt as if it had been pulled from the freezer minutes before. And it’s worth noting that her turkey sandwich was the same meat as my chicken sandwich – only colder. So someone didn’t get what they ordered (in more ways than one). Basically, this is the WORST Panera I’ve ever eaten at in a all my travels. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We got the dishes and some bread loafs. A sandwich… a tomato soup.. and the broccoli cheddar mac. All three were so salty you could barely taste the food. Which looked fantastic but was overwhelmingly salty. The price was incredibly high for the quality we recieved. Nice atmosphere but took several minutes before someone helped me, no line but They seemed quite busy. Probably will buy more bread loafs but won’t be ordering more food

Normally I love going here and I love my bagel and my iced coffee that part is perfect now Management on the other hand I had a complaint today about the way that they had talked to me the manager was so hateful and so rude that it really put a bad taste in my mouth and almost made me not want to come there again which makes me sad because I really really love their bagels in my eyes coffee you should never treat a customer that way
