September 2025. This is a nice Panera location. You can tell that the team atmosphere is good and employees are enjoying what they do. Special thanks to Penny who took my order and made me feel welcomed. I had a Pick Two lunch with a creamy tomatoe soup and a chipotle chicken avocado melt. Also had a latte with extra espresso shot and a cinnamon roll. I will come back for sure to this location, which by the way is close to a mall, and a couple of hotels.

I am a big fan of Panera and this is my first visit to this one in Liberty. We stopped in after church and the place was packed So we ended up waiting a bit longer than we are used to at other locations. The food, though, was very good as usual.

Typical Panera. Friendly service. They are now having you pick up your food at the window so I’m guessing short-staffed. However, time to order and getting food was still quick. I had their pick 2 with a cup of the Mexican Street Corn soup (delicious) and the 1/2 sandwich of the chicken bacon rancher sandwich. The sandwich was good but a bit shy on chicken.

If it weren’t for the party we were with, we wouldn’t have eaten here! We feel this chain is wwaayyyyyy overpriced and not worth the value of the inflated meal! The portions are smaller than they should be for the price! The food is always good, except for the cookies ! They look nice but never get eaten! The restaurant is pretty clean overall, inside and out! The staff is helpful and nice! The parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge since it shares the entire lot with several active businesses!

This Panera Bread location is newer, clean, and very inviting. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, which makes it a great spot for a casual meal or coffee break. The food is consistently fresh and well prepared, and orders usually come out fast even when the place gets busy.

It can get a bit crowded during peak times, and there’s not a great spot to stand while waiting for your order, which can feel a little awkward. Still, the overall experience is positive, and the comfortable atmosphere and reliable food make it a nice addition to the area.

This location is clean and friendly. There were two downsides though. First, the self-ordering kiosk would not take my gift card, so I wasted time trying to order my food. I eventually just had to go read my order to the cashier to get my card to work. Second, the portion of chicken I got on my sandwich was a joke. It was maybe 1 to 1.5 ounces of chicken. Luckily the manager did offer me more to put on my sandwich which I appreciated, but apparently it was the right portioned size of chicken that goes on all their sandwiches. This is not a location specific issue but rather a company issues. Like most other restaurants, they are raising prices and reducing portion sizes of meat. In addition, all the meat, cheese, and sauce was placed in the middle of the sandwich so that the ends were nothing but bread.

I don’t live in Kansas City, but whenever I’m here for work, this is my go-to spot for lunch on the first day. I absolutely love their sandwiches! This time, I had the Toasted Frontega Chicken, and as always, it was delicious — warm, flavorful, and satisfying.

It can get a bit busy around lunchtime, so expect to wait 5–10 minutes, but it’s definitely worth it.

One thing I’ve always found interesting — almost every time I come here, I notice that most of the customers are older adults. I’m genuinely curious: is there a reason why it doesn’t seem to attract a younger crowd?

What a great place to spend time with friends. The coffee is such a great value when you belong to The Sip Club. Meagan, the manager, does an awesome job hiring staff. They are all so nice.

The other day, I tried Panera Bread for the first time. My experience was pleasant, and I regret waiting so long to try it. I ordered the Southwest chicken sandwich along with a chicken noodle soup for about $12, which is on the expensive side considering the sandwich size is quite small. However, the taste was really good, and I ended up feeling full regardless. The service was good, and the atmosphere was very quiet, allowing people to study, which was nice.

We had a good front counter person waiting on us at this restaurant. After that it went downhill and they called us several times to the service counter to tell us what they didn’t have and to try to offer some substitutes. They completely left all the chicken off of a salad and it was supposed to be a full salad, but the ball was merely half full at best. They forgot the chicken and I took the salad back up and they asked if I wanted the chicken in my hand to put on the salad myself, finally got the chicken for the salad. They did credit the salad back to our card. In addition my wife wanted hot water for tea, and was promised she would have the hto ware in 7 minutes, and didn’t recieve any hot water until 25 minutes later. I would not recommend this location.
