Ordered to pick up inside. Got notification it was ready. Not on shelf. Everyone ignoring me looking for help. Finally was told, if it’s not there, it’s over on the inside orders pick up counter. Why have the pickup shelf at all? I finally found my order, minus my drink or a drink cup. Was told finally, you just go to the order stand and get the cup. How would I know that? No one was at the order area. Waited and waited to be finally told I could have just grabbed the cup. Really? Which size? They certainly must expect everyone to be knowledgeable about when they change up their pickup or drink cups. I had no idea to do so these extra things to get my meal put together. Not impressed at All with the staff attitude that I seemed stupid for not knowing what to do. I’ve always ordered here and never had this happen before. I’ll use a further away Panera in the future.

Today is the 2nd day in a row they completely messed up my very simple order and I will never be back. Yesterday, the girl made my drink hit instead of ice and when I told her it was iced she didn’t remake it just poured a hot drink on top of ice. My drink had none of the toppings I had requested and was disgusting and bland. Today, I didn’t even get to get my drink because of how slow and long it took them to make my drink even with me being the only person in the restaurant. Made me late for work and still left with no drink that I spent over $5 on. This is completely unacceptable and I have yet to receive a refund for both days.

Worst Panera I’ve been to. They are very friendly but it doesn’t make up for their lack of attention to detail. I’ve ordered the cheddar broccoli soup bread bowl with a baguette, twice. Both times they forgot my bread bowl. When I call to talk to someone, I select option 2 and it rings then hangs up.

Came in Monday night and my mobile order was missing. we confirmed confirmation # and address thru the app. it was nowhere. ELIZABETH stepped in and absolutely treated me like an angel! She was so kind and prompt. So beyond professional. she was amazing. She rocks!!!

I’m a member of the Sip club, so I was only there to get Coffee. There was no regular coffee. There was decaf. There was no one at the cash register. After I finally found somebody to tell, one of the coffee urns was replaced. With lukewarm coffee. Yuck! They were also out of half-and-half.
Cleanliness in this particular Panera is substandard. There was some dried spilled coffee on the table I chose to sit at and a lot of trash on the floor, including a flossing pic. Again, yuck!
This was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Maybe they will have solved these problems by dinner time.

Panera has been very obvious and really the worst when it comes to shrinkflation. Their food has declined as if they’ve gone with cheaper ingredients, and servi.h size has dwindled. It’s like an investment company took over, and is running the company into the ground as quickly as possible. It is quickly falling off my list of places to eat.
