We stopped in for a quick early dinner. The salad and sandwich were good. The gal who took our order was not very good. We had to repeat things, and she was difficult to understand. We probably won’t be going back to the Panera at 103rd and State Line.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. I was highly disappointed with their new ciabatta chicken pesto sandwich. It was so bad… I took 2 bites and threw the rest out. The tomato soup dip container had about a 1/4 inch of soup in it… Terrible. Never eating at Panera again.

Consistancy is the key to the success of this well known chain. I love the fresh bread and all the sweets. Today I had the steak sandwich and my friends had soup and salad . During the lunch hour the dining room was crowded and pretty noisy but didn’t distract from our own conversation or the causal atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking plus a drive through and close to highway 435.

Emmanuel really went above and beyond to help out today. I’ve never left a Panera review, have been going there for over a decade but really feel like the service I received today was stellar. In a busy rush he kept his cool and accommodated my request although the store was short on supplies. Great job.

I arrived at the drive thru window, and requested to pick up my order there. The employee said I had to come in to the pick up area. I was in a hurry, and it would’ve been great if I didn’t have to go inside- but the food was worth it.
