Every time I go to this Panera, there’s an issue. This evening the drive-through was particularly slow. managers should train employees to handle messed up orders outside of the drive-through line. They should have people park so that the drive-through does not get hung up. I waited 20 minutes for an order behind someone who had an issue, frustrating when you’re trying to make it somewhere on time!

Consistancy is the key to the success of this well known chain. I love the fresh bread and all the sweets. Today I had the steak sandwich and my friends had soup and salad . During the lunch hour the dining room was crowded and pretty noisy but didn’t distract from our own conversation or the causal atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking plus a drive through and close to highway 435.

I arrived at Panera on Stateline and was greeted by the biggest ray of sunshine , AKA Stephanie Banks. I wasn’t having the best day but she helped to change that with her warm smile and great customer service. She offered me kind words and a hot cup of coffee which really helped to turn my day around to a more positive note. Stephanie needs to teach all people what great customer service looks like! I watched no less than 5 people stand at the counter, wait an extended amount of time, and then leave because nobody helped. I saw multiple people call into the back and ask for help to no avail. Food was good, but it is unlikely I will return because of the service.

Geez, now I love Panera but your services make me want to stop eating there! Went to pick up my to-go order. Mexican guy with AirPods in pretended to not hear me when I wanted to get my order. When I did finally get it the meal was poorly put together. Bread broken off of sandwich and u can just tell the workers don’t care. And if that’s a case just go find a new job!!!!
