The service was great, however the foid was overpriced and just not good. I ordered a whole grilled cheese and a she da. This was 11.40 . The portion was so small and just not good. Also there was constant pounding in the wall. The cashier said it was the pipes. It was very annoying. I will not be back.

The restaurant needs a major face lift, and a major deep cleaning in the public areas. I feel like I came in right after the Friday lunch rush, though cleaning the drink station, and the floors needs to be a priority.

This Panera Bread has a cool, unique vibe with its location in the basement of a downtown building. However, it was the first Panera I’ve visited where they didn’t offer to heat up my pastry, which was a little disappointing. Another inconvenience is that you need to get a door code from the cashier to use the restroom. While the setting is interesting, these small details took away from the overall experience.

Walked in.. there is chairs directly behind the ordering kiosk. My butt was technically facing the tables. Felt awkward because there was people sitting in those seats. After ordering they yell my last name. I walk up and they say condescendingly that the order wasn’t ready.. Ok.. Then a minute later they call my name again saying it’s ready. Waited for my coffee, they asked me what did I order again.? The food is great, service is mid, environment is okay.

The Plaza location had been closed for a while due to the pandemic. I ordered the You Pick 2, 1/2 tuna salad sandwich and of soup. The meal took a bit longer than expected but it was tasty. The tuna sandwich was filling. The broth in the soup was rich & flavorful. The restaurant was clean. They had the open to let in fresh air. They could have done better in social distancing with the tables.

I visited this location on 8/15 and ordered at the mobile kiosk. Was waiting for 30 minutes when someone in line finally told me that the store was 2 hours behind on orders. No employees communicated this to any of us prior to ordering. I was not able to wait 2 hours for my food as it was supposed to be to go.I have been trying to get a refund ever since, and Panera keeps telling me this was issued. I have NOT received any refund. Stuff like this is ALWAYS happening at this location. I would not recommend going here to anyone.

To be honest, I was really surprised at the issues I encountered at this location. The food portions were too small (even for kids), all the coffee was barely warm and obviously not freshly brewed), had to go back to the cashier to get all the cups for the drinks ordered. At least the place was clean. Might be another few years before I forget this experience and stop by again. However, what little food there was, tasted good (excluding coffee). And to think that my friend and I used to spend several hours at a Panera while developing apps for the Android Developer challenge for there was good coffee and plenty of food to order.

The summer strawberry chicken salad with poppyseed vinaigrette dressing was fire. It had all the fruits I was craving, sweet strawberries, blueberries, fresh pineapple chucks and what tasted like canned mandarin oranges. The pecans were a nice touch as well. Don’t bother with their new fried chicken sandwiches though, it was mediocre.
I do like that they offer an apple as a side. Sometimes a bag of kettle chips is not desired.
