I like late breakfast on weekends. Panera ends any egg breakfast by 11 am. So at 11:10 I thought I would try the Avocado Toast. First off, two different coffees were empty and when the toast arrived, the presentation was terrible. Super skinny untoasted piece of bread and the avocado was in big chunks and very sparse. No offers to fix but I did get my money back.

Service friendly, taste delicious but the bread the chicken salad sandwich was on fell apart. They tried remaking it, and the same thing happened to both mine and my husband’s. Managed to eat it with a fork, disappointed. Poor quality on the bread cot way to thin and doesn’t hold together.

Arrived with a party of five. Placed one order with every item accounted for before checking out and paying the bill. We ate in. Took about 25 minutes before our food was ready. Once we got at the soup was actually cold as though it had come out of a can and was just opened up important to the bowl. Also the sandwiches did not have the proper bread that we had requested others had items added on the sandwiches that were asked for and some had items that they did ask for that they did not receive. Seem to be an issue for one of the young men working behind the counter to correct any problems or mistakes that were made. Another young lady sorry I didn’t get her name Young African-American with braids who took the order in the beginning also came back to make sure our order was properly prepared. Any questions comments or concerns that we had she addressed immediately and corrected the problem.

The quality of their food has gone way down in the last 2 years. They’ve taken away so many good items, I only go a couple of times a year. I just tried a sandwich yesterday and the bread was so hard, I had to microwave it to get it to soften up. I’m being generous with a 2 rating for their food.

This is usually my go-to location. The staff is always very friendly & helpful. However, I found black mold floating in the bottom of my water cup this morning & checked my kids water cups & they also had black mold pieces floating in their cups. Disgusting. Very disappointed that my children were drinking this & pray they don’t get sick from drinking moldy water.

I highly recommend THIS specific Panera location! My hubby & I travel a 4 state region & know what to compare to. Paige at the register did an OUTSTANDING job… She is efficient, friendly & kind. She even provided a few of the items ahead of the rest of my carry-out order to accommodate a diabetic family member. The kitchen team is spot on… Everything else (including hot lattes) were ready at the same time! (During previous trips elsewhere, the hot drinks have been made last & by then the food items have gotten cold… Not here!) We decided to dine on the patio, which has 7 or 8 large umbrella tables with short wrought iron fencing to contain use to Panera customers. It was just as clean as the restaurant inside. Chipman Rd Panera is an ideal place for travelers passing & locals alike to enjoy delicious food & specialty drinks. Please say THANK YOU to Paige & the rest of your team!

Ordered this delicious looking Chicken Bacon Rancher I saw on the online menu. It was $15, but seemed worth it since my girlfriend was already placing an order and it just looked so bacony and gorgeous.
The sandwich in the photo is what showed up. The one on the PC screen is what I ordered. For $15. I will never ever visit ANY Panera ever again. Overpriced garbage I could have made better at home for $3.

Had food delivered & found a bright blue long hair in my Cesar salad wrapped around a piece of chicken. It was very noticeable so the fact it wasn’t caught is disgusting

Love Panera bread and love this location! I have visited here many times now.
This location does not have a drive though. Parking can get a little tight since it shared a parking lot with other businesses.
Food is always good here. My go to is the pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup and bacon turkey bravo. I would also recommend the Mac and cheese and the chipotle chicken avocado melt.
I have really been enjoying the charged lemonades. Especially the mango yuzo citrus one! Oh and the chocolate croissants are great too!
And if you haven’t tried it yet I highly recommend the sips club. It’s great to be able to run by and grab a drink or even several drinks throughout the day if you’d like! And they often offer free trials to new users.
